I ordered a lamp table and was delighted with every aspect of the transaction. Great quality at a good price and rapid free delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

Really good service and friendly delivery staff. We ordered the oak sleigh bed but it was definitely more antique pine coloured than oak. It wasn't too bad for us as we had a lot of pine furniture we were painting but it would have been very disappointing if we had oak furniture to match

Very happy with the item I ordered matched what I was looking at online, good quality nice finish and feel to it and good price. Simple order process and very quick delivery, ordered one day, email confirming delivery next day, delivered following morning very happy all round

2nd attempt. We are very pleased with new table and chairs. Only problem was assembling table as it was very heavy for 2 pensioners. We managed it but had to make further adjustments as table still wobbling. All ok now and very pleased. Suggest you give customers the option of having furniture assembled by your staff. We would have been happy to pay.

We purchased an oak extending kitchen dining table from Oak Furniture Company after having to return our previous table to Next due to a defect, they were not able to provide a replacement.

The new table was delivered as advised, the delivery driver called around 30 minutes before he arrived. The table is of great quality and looks great, it was easy to assemble and we actually like this table better than the one it was purchased to replace.

Very pleased with the product, very helpful service from the info Team via email. Disappointingly couldn't access the check out on line so had to order by telephone which worked but wasn't always straightforward.

We bought a bookcase from the Oak Furniture Company. The website was simply laid out with all the required information. Pricing was fair and the delivery timescale was acceptable. On the day of delivery the driver phoned ahead to confirm arrival time, they brought the bookcase in with minimum fuss and took away all of the packaging. I would certainly buy from them again and recommend this company.

I don't usually order furniture online, but wanted a set of drawers to match existing bedroom furniture and couldn't source locally. There were no issues and the delivery driver phoned ahead on the day of delivery and they put the drawers in the requested room, removing all packaging. Its a shame that there aren't more images of the furniture on their website and the company were unable to provide additional ones, but since I knew what I was buying I ordered. I'd use again based on my experience.

The communication was great, I was sent e-mails & texts to tell me when delivery would be. It was exactly as they said. The bookcase was lovely quality & was placed exactly where I wanted it!

Brilliant furniture - we love it!

Furniture arrived on time and the guys put it together very quickly - couldn't ask for more.

I bought a bed from the oak furniture website. The bed is excellent value. The service from ordering and delivery was first class and would definitely use again.

After technical issues on their site which they managed to resolve I placed an order for a Bookcase. We chose to build this ourselves rather than pay an additional £17 but wish we hadn't. The instructions were not great and the finished result leaves gaps where it shouldn't although I'm not sure they would have been able to do better as it's the way the dowels were positioned.

Nice product but not sure if I will buy anything else from them.
