I like the furniture which was as pictured and whenever I spoke to the company - staff were extremely helpful and responded quickly to emails. However with the new delivery company which took over between my order being placed and it being delivered, it was not made clear that it would be a "pallet delivery". This meant that it was meant to be delivered onto the pavement next to my flat and left for us to shift inside. Unfortunately it was only myself and two children under three at home and there is no way I would have managed if it wasn't for the extremely helpful delivery driver who helped me in with everything which he shouldn't have done (although I am very grateful!)

Maybe an email making this clearer would have helped? The only one I got said you had to ensure the path to the relevant room was clear.

While the furniture was good the delivery side of things were not so good.

I have ordered two pieces of furniture from this company, the first 2 years ago, the second in April 2017. In both cases the service has been good - easy ordering, efficient delivery and good quality product.

Extremely good service. Arrived as arranged, in fact earlier, which was a bonus. Very helpful and polite delivery people and they took all the empty packaging away as well. The products were extremely well packaged and I am delighted with the furniture. Will definitely use this Company again.

I was wary of buying from a company I did not know but very glad I did. The quality of the furniture and value for money is impressive. From start to finish I was kept up to date and I felt like a valued customer and not just another sale. Everything came in perfect condition and was unwrapped and placed where I wanted it with all rubbish taken away. The delivery team were friendly and helpful and I cannot fault the service I received. Do not buy big items of furniture often but any concerns were unfounded
