My item was delivered when expected in perfect condition. Driver called 10 mins beforehand as promised to confirm his arrival time. I can't fault my experience.

The high quality furniture was delivered carefully by the furdeco delivery firm whose drivers checked for damage and took away all unwanted packaging.

Expensive triple wardrobe plus one Chest and a Wellington were delivered by a firm hired by Oak Furniture. We paid for the wardrobe to be assembled but the Delivery Team claimed they were not trained. On top of that there were no Assembly instructions with the wardrobe. Plus the delivery team caused damage to the Bedroom wall (they punctured and scored one wall by dropping one part of the wardrobe against the wall as they unpacked it). A number of phone calls to Oak Furniture finally resulted in instructions being emailed to us and we built the wardrobe ourselves! Very disappointed!

Placed an order for an Oak coffee table, order confirmed with free delivery. The next day the company telephoned to say that there would be an additional charge of £15 for delivery to KY10 postcode (central Scotland, less than one hour from Edinburgh). No place does it state that there are additional costs for delivery to Scotland but the guy on the phone says it is the whole of Scotland - so if you are ordering from Scotland be aware!!

My full postcode was added at the billing and delivery pages and it still came up with FREE DELIVERY. My issue is not with the costs it is with the lack of clarity on your website - no where does it state that you may receive a telephone call a day later informing you that your purchase is £15 more expensive. If you delivery costs were transparent then i would have no issue - you caused the problem not me!

We bought 2 nests of tables and a console table. They arrived very well packaged and protected, and the delivery men offered to unwrap and remove the packaging which was a nice touch. The nests were already assembled, and the console took just a few minutes and went together beautifully. Very nice quality furniture, well finished. Would recommend.

Big adverts on the site stating fast delivery. (In the T&C's this is clarified to be up to 7 days.) This is not the case!
After 8 days passed with no sign of my furniture I contacted the company who just replied saying someone would be in touch soon about delivery. A couple of days later I was finally contacted and told my order would be delivered another 5 days later.
I was given a time slot of between 3pm-6pm for delivery, however on the day I received a call at 12.30pm to tell my that I would need to be home for delivery within the next 30mins!

When the order was delivered it came flat packed, despite me paying for an assembly service. The delivery drivers simply gave me the packages and attempted to get me to sign for the delivery to confirm everything was OK. I asked to inspect the packages, and asked about the assembly, they begrudgingly agreed to assemble the furniture.

Brought 4 items of bedroom furniture, all excellent quality - will use the company again for some more bits.

Only downside, the delivery drivers didn't use those plastic slip on shoe covers, and it was bit wet day.

Having not delivered the table on the date agreed, and then not assembled it as paid for, we decided to live with a couple of faults with the product (one drill hole not straight which means we can't fasten a bolt through it, and a mark in the wood) - the look of the table overall is great and the company have refunded the price of assembly & specific date delivery, it's just a shame they needed to...

The furniture quality is really good and Mike was very helpful in advising us of the delivery arrangements, calling and returning calls on a few occasions.
The delivery company, Furdeco also performed well.

I would not order from this company again. After ordering I was not called within the 7 days they said. The courier they used was awful. Not only do they not deliver in evenings as they advertised, I then agreed to an afternoon slot having to take time off work. I was messaged the day before to confirm it would be between 12-3. At 9am they called to say they would be there at 10. So half an hour after arriving at work I had to go all the way home again.
I ordered a TV stand, coffee table and side tables. Catalan ash range.
Firstly the colour is nothing like the pictures on the website. Furthest from it. The tv stand they are having to replace as it was not built well and some pieces are too short so you can see the dowells between the joins. I have had an email from another courier company about a week tp swap it ago but heard nothing more since.
The side tables are a totally different colour wood to the coffee table and TV stand but I am so exhausted by this whole experience I haven't bothered to complain/send back as I know there's large costs to sending things back (10% restocking and then a cost per item depending on size) and I don't want to lose money. I also can't take more time off work.
I'm chalking this up to a lesson learned and I'll live with the furniture until I can afford to replace. Next time I'll go to a bigger company.

Good quality furniture however the delivery service was very poor. Initial date - the supplier has failed to book the delivery, 2nd attempt - the supplier had failed to book the pick up but had booked the delivery and success on the 3rd attempt. Very inconvenient.

I ordered furniture from them and paid for a guaranteed delivery date. The delivery company they use made several mistakes and tried to deliver to a random address so it never arrived. I called OFC to find out what was happening was promised a call back and I never got one. I wasted two days of holiday waiting for this furniture for it still to not arrive, of the 3-4 called I made to them I only got one returned. Furniture finally received 5 days late and was delivered when I was at work so no-one home to receive. I asked for a refund of my delivery charge which still hasn't been sent through. Was pleased with furniture.
