I had used many brokers in the past years, but now with OANDA solely as i appreciate the chart data they have and it is reliable. The customer service is top notch and they take extra care of their customers with trading volumes by providing rebates on purchasing trading tools such as tradingview's paid packages.

The experience with them over the last few months had been incredible with opportunities to keep updated with the company through the various in-person classes and networking sessions.

If you havent give them a try, i recommend you to do so!

OANDA, by and large, is quite customer-oriented. I was invited to a few events.

I started using oanda since 2018. I really enjoyed using this platform to trade as it has very low spread and commission fees I don't have to worry about swap fee that much as they charge very minimal compared to other brokers. Furthermore they are regulated by MAS and our funds are very safe with them. Thumbs up👍
I dun experience much technical glitch even if there are they are very responsive to rectify the issue. 5/5 trusted broker

I used the oanda lab platform. But when it came time to sign up, I didn't receive a live account. It's a big company but plays tricks on customers.

Using since last year. Platform simple to use. Great until i requested a partial withdrawal. Had been topping up my acct initial stages since experience was not good and did not do so well. No issues when i was depositing money and no query on my bank account. Once i requested partial withdrawal I needed to verify my acct and a sudden request to submit THREE months of my bank statement! Heck anyone tryjng to see my financial transactions would have to go through quite abit of issues. I understand now that the company intends to delay withdrawals and is snooping on custoner financial history. No statement no withdrawal. Its a scam and invasion of privacy. I will dump my acct. Learnt a lesson.

have alot of problems withdrawing. couldnt get my bank account verified even after waiting at least 3 business days. tried using skrill to withdraw and withdraw got denied, and was asked to withdraw via bank transfer. very slow customer support. overall very disappointed

Since transparency is important here i would like to inform OANDA that I received my TWO withdrawals already it took 1 month for the first,,, 1.5 months for the second AND I AM STILL THANKFUL FOR THESE THINGS,,, THEY HAVE BEEN REPLYING AND ACCOMODATING MY CLARIFICATION ALSO ,
