Great broker to deal with, easy to setup an account, monitor portfolio and great communication from the business team.

I enjoyed and learned a lot in today’s learning opportunity. David is very good in explaining things and making trading less complicated. I just hope that next time it will be held earlier like after lunch so the session will be longer, which will mean more things to learn with break in between. The venue is great as well and all the staff present that day were very welcoming.

The presentation that was presented was informative. David Villagra definitely explained the topic very well.

Hopefully next time it will be earlier and longer so that we have more time to asked questions as well as more on showing the charts so that we can learn a lot from it especially for a beginner trader.

Looking for the next trading hub session and hopefully we can have a small trading group that is based here in Brisbane.

I had heard good things about Oanda and it got recommended by someone who already used them. Opening an account was super easy and their customer support is outstanding.
Especially Christopher is absolutely amazing in providing help and answers. He talked me through everything at the beginning to help get me started, find the right account for me and when there were issues, he was straight onto them chasing answers and getting back to me super fast every single time. He is always reachable and talked me through %risk/%balance that I just didn't get on the phone patiently for like half an hour (I am still sorry about that, Chris, I had a really blank moment there that day lol).
Customer service like this is unfortunately very rare these days and it was one of the main reasons I decided to go with Oanda.

I had a great experience with OANDA especially when Frank Zhang handled my account. He’s so helpful when you need it and he also calls you to check how you doing. If you have a question, he will make sure that it will be answered before the end of the day.

Frank Zhang has great customer care and genuinely act to support customers on getting setup for oanda. Keeping customers informed and updated to their success in their career with oanda.

I am new to trading Forex and Frank has helped me set up and navigate so I can trade. Without his help I would have struggled. He is always available whenever I call and is very patient and understanding. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Within 24 hours of creating an account I was contacted and walked through the whole process.
