OANDA are easily the best broker I have ever worked with. Their app and website are very easy to navigate and use.

The main selling point to me was the spread betting accounts which, if you are in the UK, means you don’t have to pay any tax on profit whilst trading.

However, that all changed once I signed up with them. It turned into their customer service. I was lucky to be given Brett as a handler, his phone is open all the time and is available for any talks about any concerns about the app or even for just a friendly chat about how the market is moving.

I would highly recommend using OANDA as a major step in your goal for financial independence!

It was easier to start a forex trading account with Oanda than other forex trading accounts.
Customer Service was top. Was not an AI bot, spoke with real person, guided step by step when required every step of the way. Customer Service was easy to understand with good command of spoken English language in the UK.

I set up an account with oanda and Samuel called me and helped go through everything, without him I would been a little bit lost . So was thankful . He helped me create the right account that I needed and provided support that made me feel part of the team . I know if I have any questions he is there for me .

The app is very simple and user friendly. Offers good leverage too. Luka has also been a great help getting me started and going forward

First of all, the whole experience of joining and onboarding has been very smooth and trouble free. I was assigned a personal account manager Luke, who has been very helpful.

Brett helped me set up, very nice guy aswel I’ve had 2 calls with him and he explained how much the fees were and any other questions I wanted to ask, and been with Oanda for 3 days, good experience aswell so far no issues with spreads or servers

Quick to response, knowledgable and able to communicate the help I needed in a way that was useful and productive

Brett is very helpful and he was there to help me as we experienced a horrible system glitch where OANDA platform just crashed and it was very very scary as I couldn't close any trade everything was locked .
Brett was at hand to reassure me if there was any losses I would be refunded excellent and fast responses from Brett very much put my mind at ease.

Top platform and great support!

From the start Oanda have been impressive with their comprehensive customer service and dedicated account management. Any queries are dealt with within a few hours. The online service has been reliable, and the TradingView offer is the icing on the cake.

Great customer service and works smoothly with trading view. Also the trading view essential package promotion is nice to have.

I had an excellent experience with OANDA with the Best customer support .The website and market and the phone app is handy and user friendly itself. My person in contact was Bradley, found him very professional and supportive , they reimburse my TradingView annual fee as well .
Just the downside of the platform I found maybe , the registration was a bit hassle and thats it.

Very helpful in all my questions and sorted out free TradingView essential, was reimbursed within a few days
I am still learning but Oanda is a great platform like some other demo accounts I’ve tried i have found this the best and suits me great

As the title says they close accounts that are profitable. This company is super shady. If you dont heed this advice then all I can say is I tried.

Edit. As you can see they responded with
" rigorous internal reviews" well thats a lie. I only had one trade and i made a large sum in one trade and instantly they closed my acount after so that is a complete lie, and i do mean instantly. Thankfully they posted this lie for everyone to see

I was assigned a dedicated agent early on, and they’ve consistently checked in to make sure I’m settled and confident with the platform. What stood out most was how proactive they were during the recent CME outage - I received a call explaining the issue before I even reached out. It’s reassuring to trade with a broker that communicates this well.
