Recently signed up tp Oanda for a trading account.Customer care and service excellent especially with the sign up and opening an account and getting funded. I would recommend Oanda to anyone's a broker.

Speedy response from account executive and quick processing time

Very straight forward onboarding process. Excellent customer support, sorting out a few technical issues and not stopping until the problem was solved. Then good product support in bring me up to speed with the product/service.

Their chart are not upto date..
i lost huge money bec of this eevening pipes does not move if its profit margin but shows loss... confusion created .. i have a screenshot of this... those who are investing ple be careful..

I have just recently opened an account and had a good experience. Easy process and support from London office, Brett Cummings, advisor manager. To my pleasant surprise they have credited my trading view membership invoice.

Different factors are making my experience great at Oanda:
1. Personal service. Brett Cummings, my account manager, is giving me personal attention on my queries. I found this point quite interesting as you cannot find this kind of service on another brokers. Furthermore he is a very knowledge person. I'm still learning about the API management, so it's good to know there is a physical person there.
2. FrontDesk service is also top. I got all my queries answered in less than 8h.
So I'm happy to stick to them.

Exceptional Company, Great customer service

Have tried a number of FX brokers before settling on Oanda with a live account. Integration with Tradingview is a massive plus for me, alongside a number of other platforms that they offer - MT4 etc They have a wide range of instruments to trade and the spreads are competitive. Special thank you to my account exec Luke. He was super helpful getting things set up for me. It's highly important to have that personal touch from a broker and Luke was superb. Highly recommend Oanda.

The customer support and relations from Oanda are excellent. Brett, my account manager has been very helpful and supportive in my trading journey and I can't recommend them enough given his very attentive customer support since joining. I intend you remain using Oanda going forward. They have given me a lot of confidence to use their services going forward.

My experience has been positive. The platform is well-designed, intuitive, and offers a wide variety of tools suitable for both beginners and experienced traders.

One of the standout features for me is the transparency in their pricing and the reliability of their trade execution. I rarely encounter issues with trade execution, and spreads are typically competitive, especially during major market hours.

The educational resources and market analysis tools provided by Oanda have also been incredibly helpful, particularly the real-time news updates and economic calendar. These tools keep me informed and help me make more informed trading decisions.

Customer service is another area where Oanda excels. On the few occasions when I needed assistance, the support team was responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved my issues promptly.

If I had to suggest improvements, it would be nice to see more options for customization on the trading platform, and perhaps a few additional asset classes. However, these are minor points, and I am overall very satisfied with my experience on Oanda.

My experiance is my Personal Opinion and is With Out Prejudice ,It is backed up my own evidence and videos, which are being sent as i wright this to the Authorities for Investigation my recordings show manuipulation of accounts and prices after excustion of trades, the employees of Oanda should be Mifid compliant and understand the rules , unfortunatly the account managers do not even under stand the Margin rule and contradict each other on how it works i have three copies of telephone calls giving totally different advice, the company closes trades from their back office with out your consent and with out margin calls or emails , in my case thay forgot to even close my position on my account as thay wanted to stop me taking money from them , the back office is some what fraudulant and the FCA needs to look at this company with a full investigation as to its processes, because clealry thay do not comply with the Mifid Rules and they are clealry set and geared to work against the Consumer and take non educated Cosnumers money by blowing their accounts and of course you lose your depoist If you are using them i suggest you record every trade you make and watch the trades when you close them and take screen shots of the value you take when you close the trades and that they are recorded correctley on your ledger . Trust Pilot if you take the Opinion down then clealry my legal team will see that your web site is not allowing True experiences via the public !
