Connor at Oasis was excellent. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am self employed which sometimes makes things difficult but Connor totally understood everything and helped every step of the way. I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mitch, I honestly can’t recommend the guy enough, absolute gentleman and awesome customer service. He really made the whole process very easy and smooth, helped me all the way through the transaction and even said anything else he can help with after cards he will, a trustworthy guy and a very trustworthy company.

It was a great experience from find a lender to a dealership car searching. Every steps was done professionally with lot of guidance and explaination. I could feel the honesty and the support of my account manager Connor who is an amazing person, he was very professional and prompt in responding my calls and prompt in the searching. I

Mitchell handled my case brilliantly from beginning to end. Arranged an excellent package and saw it through to completion even though we had some delays due to the garage and travel. I will not hesitate to use them again.

The initial conversation was great, I dealt with Jack and who ran through my details and advised what the finance provider would cover.
I then sent through all my information, pay slips, everything required, and then got ignored from then on.
I rang the following day, was told I would get a call back, I sent an email to ask for an update, nothing.
The next day I rang again, twice. Was told I would get a response but never did. I emailed again, I still have no reply to my email.
I rang again a further few times. Again told I would be called back but wasn’t.
I rang again the following Tuesday and got straight through to Jack who said the lender is due to ring me, he would chase up as I hadn’t heard.
Since then I have now sorted a vehicle myself, elsewhere, as no one in this company has the courtesy to contact me back or even give me and update.
Waste of my time.

I am editing this as funnily enough after I posted this I got a email from Jack saying the lender couldn’t help me.
This is completely opposite of what we was telling me initially, that the lender could accept my circumstances etc
I am even more shocked by the service of this company, who clearly lie to get you to a certain stage of the application then just completely ignore you.

The sales agent who helped me find the best deal on my beautiful new Kia Sorento, James, is an asset to the company, not only is he an amazing sales agent, he is also a genuinely nice person who actually cares that you get the right deal for you. He was incredibly nice,polite,patient and understanding. Will 100 percent be recommending James and Oasis finance to any of my friends looking to finance a vehicle. Very happy customer.

Was literally the best car finance company I’ve ever dealt with. The speed and care that I was dealt with was amazing, especially from Joshua who was dealing with me personally. Whole process was completed in three days and that’s because I couldn’t decide on a car. Really positive experience.

I had been toying with the idea of getting a new car for a while and when my work announced we were going to 3 days it sped up the process of wanting a new vehicle sorted.

I hadn’t done finance on a car before so didn’t know where to start, but Joshua Scanlon was there from the start and made it as seamless as possible. He was there every step of the way and was fantastic in keeping me in the loop of what was going on and kept on top of ensuring I had my car delivered on the date that had been agreed.
