Well after few unsuccessful attempts elsewhere Kyle at oasis was great. From first phonecall to finding me a car was an easy enjoyable process. Few emails/calls back and forth and and I had a car to pick up within days. Cheers Kyle will be back in the future.

Dealt with jonathan he couldn't have been more helpful very friendly kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond for me. From start to finish, Clark Pinder was helpful and did his best to find me the car I was looking for. He worked on getting me the best interest rate, and even assisted in arranging a Saturday collection with a dealership who didn't normally do Saturday collections. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Oasis Motor Finance to assist you in getting a vehicle and it's finance.

The patience and commitment offered by the company was exceptional. My advisor Jacob was great throughout the process and fought every inch of the way. A company I would definitely use again or inform others.

I bought a car just before Christmas and used Oasis Motor Finance..
The experience was made easy from the first phone call to the last.. The usual stress of buying a car was taken away and they literally dealt with everything, all I had to do was collect the car when it was ready!
Junior dealt with my case and he was amazing from the get go, ensuring the car was the right one for me and doing all the correct checks needed.. I would highly recommend both the company and Junior highly, definite 5 stars from me!

From the minute I applied for the car loan I got a phone call from a very polite young man who answered all my questions and stayed in contact via phone text and email
To be honest I felt I was wasting his time as I can't work because of a disability but he persevered and sure enough a week later my loan was approved.
It was all done by phone and emails, I just had to upload my documents and it was done.
He also helped me locate a car and got me a no deposit deal on an £8500 loan.
I honestly can't praise this company for all their efforts especially considering my situation

Customer service I could not fault. Mitchell was my advisor, he was amazing he achieved what I didn’t think was possible as in getting me a car. He found me the exact car I was looking for at an affordable repayment plan. And a few days later my new car was delivered to my door.

I was bombarded with calls and messages from this company regarding car finance after being in the market for another car. I finally messaged back and told them I was finding it difficult at the time due to my credit rating being very low, which was due to having covid three times over a year and a half through my work with the Ambulance Service and being unable to work for a period of time as a result of this.

I got a message back saying that they were confident they could help me and after a bit of back and forth due to missing each others calls, I spoke to Todd who took some details he said he would send to "over 20 lenders".

An hour or so later i missed a call from the company but messaged the agent to ask how it was going, and over two days and sending three messages I received no reply. I am on the road a lot so it is better for to text rather than call, which the agent seemed happy with.

As of today I have had no contact with the company to let me know the outcome of the application, which is poor to say the least. I would have imagined that if you can be bombarded with calls and texts offering you finance then it's not hard to pick up the phone and let someone know either by call or text whether or not you have secured the finance.

I am pretty disappointed with the treatment from this company and would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for car finance. I feel that the level of ignorance shown at the application stage says a lot about a company and is probably indicative of their behaviour and attitude towards customers as a whole.

I will update this review should I have contact with them again, but overall as said I do not recommend them to anyone at this stage.
