NO RCE GIVEN - HEADACHES
NO RCE - NO CLOSING, OBIE wasnt able to provide the RCE for the lender to close. never had an issue before with an RCE. pretty standard for everyone to provide but wasnt issued by OBIE. had to switch insurance at the last min causing last min delays. get insurance somewhere else

Obie is Easy to Use, Quick Quote, Great Prices
Obie was super easy to get a quote on house insurance for the two rental properties that I own. In California the insurance companies have dwindled for options so I was worried I wouldn't find coverage, but with Obie I was approved in minutes for coverage. The Premiums are reasonable and the deductibles and coverage are too. Not the lowest in town but definitely good value in my opinion. Would recommend to any rental property owner.

The most robust online insurance experience
So far, I only purchased a new policy online for a rental property. This was by far a better experience than any of the other online experiences with any other insurances that I investigated. Then, the purchasing process is extremely robust from quote to signing electronically complex paperwork and getting receipts. I did all of it with my phone! Because I had a few questions, I got within a day support from an agent through email and phone. Very efficient, solid, robust, on par with the best e-commerce sites.
