Poor Customer Service, Had to Cancel Policy
Obie was unable to provide the specific proof of replacement coverage needed by my mortgage provider so we ultimately had to cancel the policy and request a refund. It was an extremely poor experience and the attitude from the Obie customer care team was frankly unacceptable. What modern insurance company is unable to provide proof of dwelling replacement coverage?
