The cleaning company have been a great asset to our house letting, turning up regularly and keeping the same staff meant they got to know the house well.

I can’t fault OCD Cleaning. They have been a godsend in helping my elderly father who lives alone and is 3-4 hours away from me. They go above and beyond to provide a service that covers some of the more unpleasant aspects of cleaning.

In summary, following discussion had 6 hours cleaning. My house is clean ( in fact describe by the two cleaners that came as beautiful and looks very clean, you should see-some places we clean) and only two people live in it.
I booked the clean to ensure the basics were done as I had had surgery and wouldn’t be able to clean for a few weeks. I showed the team around and they said they could do what was required.. basic clean, hoover, wash floor, windows and wipe shutter.

OUTCOME - very poor. I have attached some photos, there’s many more. They had said they had moved things, hoovered , cleaned floors , polished tables, wiped kitchen tops, moved the bin and washed the floors. You will see from the photos none of this happened. There is even still crumbs on the coffee table in the lounge at the end of the clean. On complaint they say you pay for the hours their in you home not the quality of clean. Despite agreeing at the start they can do the work in the time period. I have lots more photos and am happy to be contacted should anyone have question.

I have never written review before but I am shocked as the extreme lack of professional accountability for standards of cleaning, their attitude to substandard work and dispute the evidence they are insisting on full payment. Even though I offered they put it right by sending other cleaners or charge me 50 % and an apology . Advise AVOID AT ALL COST , wish I had listened to the poor reviews here. Hope you do and don’t get caught like me.
