It doesn’t matter which team members come (I do have regular people) the clean is always first class and people are very helpful and will always ask if unsure of anything.

The young man did an excellent cleaning and hoovering job on the floors and reaching difficult corners etc.
However, like myself, his dusting of the backs and legs of our chairs and other less visible parts of our furniture was not as complete. He was enthusiastic and very pleasant.

The first week, the cleaner that came was incredible and I was over the moon. The second week 2 cleaners came and whilst they hoovered throughout, the lounge sills, tables and TV stand were untouched and left dirty.

A real gem in the industry, their teams are trained to clean to high standards in domestic and holiday vacation rentals, this standard is then brought into the industrial sector and it shows.

A good company with good employee's and management, the attention to detail is the first thing you will notice.

I was promised 3 hours clean, plus told that the cleaners would always be given notes about the discussion we had about where to clean etc. First clean and the cleaner was only allocated 2 hours slot. She wasn't given any notes at all. I told her what I wanted to be done - completely ignored and did other bits. Managed to do a fair bit in 2 hours. But kitchen being my main concern, was just rushed and not clean at all. When I called up about the mistakes and the clean not being great, the reaction I had was "what do you want me to do about it"
Not very professional. And definitely wouldn't recommend them

Our cleaner, Stacey, is amazing! Stacey turns up every week on time and cleans professionally and perfectly. We are so pleased :)

Cleans are inconsistent, some weeks are amazing and fully justify the price, but other weeks I feel disappointed. I was told months ago that random checks would be made to help maintain consistency, but have heard nothing since!

Emma has been coming to us for while through OCD cleaning services. I couldn’t fault what she does at all….she is fantastic.

Inconsistent cleaning every week. Chopping and changing cleaners because of a high level of sickness every week. Whole areas of cleaning missed at times. Keys constantly being forgotten and no response from the Director regarding queries and issues raised. Invoices have been duplicated and some weeks not received. Cleaners leave earlier than allotted time and don’t inform the admin office. When the cleaners take care the result is excellent.

Good cleaning by polite very helpful staff
Due to a mix up by office staff arrived an hour early which was extremely inconvenient.
The cleaners were willing to come back later.

First two cleans were great and I was really pleased with the service. But two weeks ago a colleague fell sick whilst at my property, they left suddenly and didn’t finish the job. Which is a given and understandable. However, I had to contact OCD to inform them that the job wasn’t complete ( kitchen not hoovered or mopped, rooms not hoovered) I feel that if I hadn’t contacted them, I would have still paid full price for a job that wasn’t completed.

In fairness, someone was sent to me again to redo the job, which is great and really appreciated that. However, little things came to my attention that makes me feel that the job wasn't being done to the standard I expect, especially for a 1 hour/ 2 person session.

For example;

*Draining board left full when I asked for decluttering.

*Floor not hoovered properly one time, food still on the floor from my children’s breakfasts.

*My bath mat is stuck to the tiles when not in use; they haven’t been been moved for two weeks, hence the bath walls aren’t cleaned or they clean around it.

*toilet not cleaned on one occasion.

*On one occasion no attempt was made to clean my main bedroom even though I specified on the list I left, stating that it needed hoovering and polishing. Bed not made etc.

I understand that they can’t do everything in the hour, but I do expect to have the basics done. It’s the reason I required a cleaner to take the weight off and less for me to do. Unfortunately, I come home to find that I have to redo/do things that haven’t been done.

On top of all that it’s over two weeks and my key hasn’t been returned to find that they’ve send my key in the post - not tracked or signed for. So now if it fell into the wrong hands, someone could possibly get a key for my house! Brilliant

They was fine, very professional and polite. He missed a few bits here and there but overall we were pleased

Pretty good cleaning, had better but also had much worse.
