I have been using this company for nearly a year now, consistently through my Airbnb business. I have never been let down which is priceless when running a short term let and reviews being a big part of cleanliness. One time the owner even cleaned my 3 bed property, alone, due to a last minute booking I had on Airbnb giving little time to cover. At the time this enabled me to focus on my other beauty business in the hight of holiday season dramatically reducing my stress, because as we all know in business your customers experience, happiness is priority. My relationship with OCD Cleaning staff helps me atchive the high standards I have aimed for and will continue for the forceable future. They also provide a washing service which I use for every change over when guests arrive, always immaculate, bright fresh and clean which is evident on my Airbnb reviews. Thank you...

I have been using this service for over a year.
The cleaners have GPS tracking on their cars so as long as they ensure they're parked outside of your home it will look to their bosses that they're cleaning your home. I have observed many times the cleaners showing up early and sitting in their cars talking or eating for up to 20minutes even to the point of being late for my cleaning time because they are still sat in their cars. I have also witnessed them leaving my home up to 20minutes before the allotted time was over. I now realize, after the director sent me the GPS proof that they hadn't actually cleaned my house for the allotted time, that the cleaners arrive early and sit in their cars so that when they leave early it doesn't raise concern.
Following this realization, I emailed to discontinue my use and the director emailed back to shame me and give me advice about how I should better clean my house. I am a disabled single mother and my disability makes cleaning extremely difficult. Yet, in an email where I client has left due to this service not giving what they had paid for the director of this company aimed to shame my about my disability.

I would never, ever, use this service ever again. And my advice to anyone who chooses to use it anyway is to keep track of the times your home is actually being cleaned.

So happy to have found a company that really listen to how you want your home cleaned and the things that are important to you!! My first clean was amazing! Was lovely to come home too! Booking them in now for a weekly clean!! Excellent communication as well!!

We live in a chaotic household and this company have helped us keep some sort of order to the house. They are thorough, efficient, prompt and reliable. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
