Used Ocean Florida to help arrange a large family holiday to Orlando for our Ruby Wedding Annjversary in 2028, the advice and support received along with the patience to go through numerous options and questions was greatly appreciated. The booking process was simple and the information provided was very clear and concise.
Darren was always polite over the many phone calls and always responded to emails promptly and accurately.

Accessibility and Ocean Florida
This is my 2nd trip with OF . My daughter uses an electric wheelchair. It’s very stressful travelling with someone who needs special assistance and adaptions on accommodation. OF 100% takes that worry away from me. Apart from all the detail on our specific needs that they use to adapt our holiday you also get a call 6 weeks prior to your holiday checking in and going through the whole journey step by step . It honestly relieved that knot in my stomach .
Our liaison was Lindsey . She was brilliant. So friendly and completely in sync with us. Lindsay uses accessible equipment herself so she had a tall understanding on how important our needs are met. Lindsey did a great job communicating what wouod happen at the airport etc . I was given plenty opportunity to ask questions . I wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

From making to an enquiry to putting money on the table everything was brilliant. Within 10 minutes of placing my internet enquiry to receiving a call from Darren.
This guy was awesome, a brief chat and he delivered exactly what the Mrs and I wanted.
I don’t use travel agents as I tend to book everything myself but after this experience I may well be a convert.
If you’re in doubt, ask for Darren. Superb

Fabulous! made the process so easy! everyone you speak to is helpful and lovely, provided exact pricing as opposed to estimates even though we were booking 2 years in advance and provided us with included extras to enhance our holiday experience. Hannah and Andy were especially helpful and informative and helped us make that final decision to book with them.

We just booked our 2. Holiday with Ocean Florida and we booked both times through Ricky! First holiday to Florida for 3 weeks 2 years ago he put a fabulous trip of a lifetime together for us and now it’s a week in NY in Autumn! He’s very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Will be our 2nd time using ocean Florida and they’ve made our holiday more enjoyable by removing the stress of booking individually and worrying about things by booking and finding deals for us and being so accomodating and understanding when organising a holiday with send children. There is always clear information on absolutely everything to be able to process and understand everything and the team are very helpful and supportive.

Ocean Florida have been amazing so far. I'm usually very cynical about travel agents but these guys have gone above and beyond at every step of the journey. From getting me numerous quotes for different dates in different years, before we eventually made up our minds, to giving us several options of lovely villas to choose from and then going on to help us with our accessibility booking. They've been amazing and I'll be booking again soon. Lindsey was our accessibility coordinator and she was fantastic, she put my mind at ease about everything we needed to do at the airport and helped me choose different accessibility services that would be useful to us. It was my first time booking this type of help so I had no idea what was even available but Lindsey helped with all of that. We're very excited for our holiday and knowing every detail has been organised is a big weight off my shoulders

This is the second holiday we have had with Ocean Florida.
We have had such a good holiday we were multi generational group but great for us all.
Good communication and being able to book far in advance was great for us.
Lovely villa and in a great spot for the parks and other attractions.
