Darren helped us with arranging our holiday. He was so helpful and patient with us and answered all of the questions we had about the holiday. Darren took his time going through all of the details of the holiday and made sure we were aware of important information. Darren took all of the stress out of booking our family holiday to Florida. Two years ago went to Disney Orlando with’Virgin’ absolute disaster. Decided to give Ocean Holidays ago , absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The difference was night & day .
Will absolutely be using‘Ocean’ again.

Booked an 11-bedroom villa at Reunion resort. Given the cost, we were incredibly disappointed with the service and standards of the property and service. On arrival it hadn't been cleaned properly, with rubbish strewn across the front garden. The bins were full, which also caused issues with trash on first few days. On inspecting the property we find further issues that really impacted the experience.

The pool had not been cleaned and was full of debris. The outdoor BBQ was broken (and filthy), which was only discovered when the caterers came to cook; this really impacted the experience, of what was a big outlay. In the gym, the cycling machine was broken and punch bag deflated. The Playstation controllers did not work in the kids room. The freezer in the kitchen was not working, resulting in the waste of a lot of frozen food items that had been bought.

In the bedrooms, the a/c was not working in the large kids room, which caused all sorts of issues. In one of the other kids bedrooms there was mould on the pillow...and the list goes on.

The issues were all reported, some were sorted after a few days wait, many were not. When we got back I contacted Ocean Holidays/Ocean Florida. I received, what seemed, intentionally slow responses, and was ultimately fobbed off. I rejected their offer of a credit note (3% of the cost) for future bookings as I will 100% not being using this company again.

We're usually pretty reasonable, however the standards were wholly unacceptable; even before you consider what we were charged. Avoid.

Lindsey has been amazing with helping us with our holiday and two Grandparents who are coming with us. Lindsey is so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. She has made our holiday much easier for the elderly people in our group.

Lovely phone call from Lindsey she took her time to explain everything and was very friendly and put us as ease. Travelling with disability can be daunting but the whole process has been awesome and I can’t thank you enough.

We chose Ocean Holidays because their website was easier to use than many others available on the web. Having visited Florida a few years back, we considered ourselves pretty knowledgeable about the Orlando area. However, following a subsequent telephone conversation with one of Ocean Holiday's experts we were advised to consider an alternative resort, which turns out to have been excellent advice.

We opted for a six bedroom villa with pool - and were extremely pleased with the accommodation. Nicely decorated, well maintained, very comfortable - but most of all, reasonably priced.

We would definitely recommend Ocean Holidays and enjoyed a fantastic problem free family holiday.

Great they can secure flights so far in advance so we have certainty and time to save. Really friendly and not too pushy. Would absolutely recommend.

It's very difficult to write something as mere words can't express my gratitute towards the company and the staff that I have had the good fortune to have dealt with. I and my family have been booking our Florida vacations through Ocean Florida for the past 7 years. We have been blessed to have gone on 5 occassions during that period.Our first time was when we were staying at a Hotel that left nothing positive, it was a Hotel that we chose so no reflection on the company. within 2 days of our stay I contacted Samantha Colli at customer support and explained the sittuation, within an hour she had arranged for us to be relocated to a much nicer Hotel at no increase in cost. I have had no reason why I should book with any other operator even though at times the price on offer was slightly lower from competitors. The important part of anything is the service you receive and the personal attention that is afforded to a client. I would like to mention by name the few people that I have had dealings with and give them the praise and recognition that they deserve, they are Anthony Lynch, Samantha Colli and Tessa. my final word is that for those that are looking to be treated respectfully with courtesy and proffesionalism then look no further than Ocean Florida Holidays. When booking my holiday, we spoke with someone called Darren, I would like to say his customer service and answering any query was 10 out of 10 he went above and beyond with everything including stuff that doesn’t really include with booking a holidays, visa, etc, etc. I would recommend if anyone is looking to book to Florida, especially to Disney World. from start to finish the customer service was brilliant, all questions answered. we have just arrived back from Florida and we had no issues, the hire car company did try to get us to upgrade(which was explained to me this may happen and to be vigilant) but I kindly refused, I would rate this company more if I could. phenomenal experience and best holiday I've ever been on, zero stress as this was all booked and advised through ocean Florida.

After what started out as a really positive experience during the booking process, which is to be expected as they want you to book so they can take your money as turned into a nightmare.

Admittedly the issue has not been created by ocean Florida, however it has been created by the companies that they recommend so therefore I am holding them responsible.

Dollar car hire lied, provided us with a car that was not suitable for our family and I needed to pay for an upgrade on arrival. When I spoke with ocean Florida they confirmed that I was upsold and got me a refund.

Dollar have since charged my credit card another amount and only provided a partial refund and requesting further proof of payment, so after charging us, refunding us and charging us again they are claiming that it never happened.

I have no contacted my credit card company and put a stop to Dollar charging my card again and this is completely ridiculous and just a clear violation of consumer rights.
While in destination the pool at the villa had a huge leak in it which resulted in us having to constantly top up the pool, this meant a huge hose pipe running across the path providing a trip hazard which my child did trip over at one point. Again no direct connection to ocean Florida however this is one of the villas they use and recommend so there choice in partnerships is clearly compromised.

While ocean Florida have been responsive I have now hit a wall with them. While this is a shame as we were looking to book again with them we will be going elsewhere.

I made an initial enquiry on Saturday, i was called on Sunday morning by Ricky, he was so lovely and supportive and then sent me a personalised email of the discussion we had. I felt like we had brilliant customer service and that we were a valued customer. I was able to call him directly today to complete our booking and again he was very supportive especially with having additional needs including anxiety. I would certainly advise others to use this service and hopefully speak with him!
