Mark and the whole team were extremely helpful and very professional in handling the sale of my late brothers difficult property. Went with Ocean as their reviews were good and they were local to me. Start to finish from offer to collecting keys was eleven weeks. They were brilliant!! Everything explained as we went and very straightforward to be honest. When I did have a question they answered it very quickly and took my calls when I needed to chat - speaking to mates who have moved recently that is their single biggest gripe; can't get hold of anyone when you need them.
