Will Clayton and his team handled my case professionally, keeping me updated regularly during the 3 1/2 years it was open.

Very pleased with OCL they dealt with my claim swiftly and without concern.

I had low expectations of what service I could expect from this company. They were appointed as I had been hit by a driver who then drove off. The insurance company would not pursue the 3rd party as I did not have a registration number. Once I managed to track down the number, it was passed through to OCL solicitors. Within a couple of months the 3rd party had admitted liability and the monies paid across for my car which had been written off due to the damage incurred.
Although I never met or spoke to Emily Higgins, she was very communicative and helpful, kept me updated throughout the process. She e-mailed and/or phoned at least once a week and let me know immediately when things were resolved. The excess that I had paid was transferred across within a week.
All in all, Emily made what felt like an extremely stressful situation easier to cope with.
I did not choose this firm, they were appointed by the insurance company and I had very little dealings with the process, it was all conducted behind the scenes, but I feel I could recommend them.

My solicitor was 1 1/2 hours late so I didn’t get to speak to him before the hearing and his laptop was dead so the judge had to wait for it to load up which made the judge impatient I think it all put him in a biased mood.

Ocl solicitors were excellent in dealing with my claim. Took a while to sort everything out but I’m sure a lot was going on in the background and they kept me informed

I would definitely recommend ocl as they are dealing with our accident good communication, any questions answered , you can phone at any time you have no waiting about you are not hanging on for hours if the person you need to speak to they will phone you back or there is always someone to give you an answer to your question vey good service

I have found OCL Solicitors helpful, they keep me updated and have been available for my questions or returned my calls promptly, explaining anything I haven’t understood.

After waiting 10 months to see some action from my insurance, OCL took up the case and 6 weeks later all sorted.
I think the other parties insurer acted appallingly and should face consequences for their actions
