Dear Octa Support Team,I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my pending withdrawal request, which has now been stuck for 7 days with zero communication. Furthermore, your live chat and email support channels have been entirely unresponsive for the past 3 days.
UPDATE: The broker reached out via email and requested a full bank statement from the date of deposit to the present day. I sent the official PDF statement immediately. Since sending the documents, support has gone completely silent again, and my withdrawal remains stuck. This feels like an intentional delay tactic.
FINAL UPDATE: Following my public dispute and regulatory escalation, an Octa human agent named Maddie reviewed my bank statements and fully approved my account. Both of my pending withdrawals have now successfully cleared into my Nigerian bank account. The issue is 100% resolved.

I Been using OctaGlobal for years. Withdrawals usually do go through, although there were times payouts took far too long while they suddenly requested bank statements and extra verification for a bank account they’ve already had for years.
My biggest issue is the leverage changes. I’ve repeatedly noticed my leverage being changed whenever my account is performing well or getting close to bonus targets. That completely affects risk management, trade sizing, margin, and overall trading consistency.

I want to file a complaint regarding a very serious issue I faced with Octa. I deposited LTC to the wallet address provided in my Octa account, but the funds never arrived in my Octa wallet. After noticing the issue, I contacted customer support for help, but instead of properly resolving the matter, they only gave vague replies like “we will check the issue” and asked me to send an email.
What is even more concerning is that when I checked the LTC deposit address again in my Octa account, the address had suddenly changed. This is extremely suspicious and unacceptable because I deposited LTC to the address shown by the app at that time, and now the address is different while my funds are missing. This has caused me financial loss, stress, and a complete loss of trust in the platform.
I request an immediate investigation into this matter, proper tracking of my LTC deposit, and a full resolution as soon as possible. Users should not have to suffer because of wallet/address issues and poor customer support. My experience with this app has been very bad, and I would strongly warn others to be careful before using it.

Octafx is definitely a scammer. I had opened an new account and deposited some amount as per their guidance. They had given a QR and I paid on 21/06. Still today my amount not credited to my account and their customer service is just worthless. They had taken all the details including my bank statement but nothing done. OctaFX confirmed they recovered funds mistakenly sent by the user, yet the deposit has remained pending for over two days without a refund processing update. These guys refuse to pay me my…
These guys refuse to pay me my money/withdrawals. At first they asked me to send documentation to prove that the bank account to which I requested my withdrawal to go was mine, I sent it. Then they requested I provide a bank letter stating why the card that was initially used to make the initial deposit, could not be used for withdrawal, which I submitted - they took 3 days to even respond/resolve after I submitted my documentation. Now they are asking me to make a deposit, using a different card, so I can make a withdrawal. Meaning they want to SCAM me again. Their communication is poor. They don't resolve issues. Good luck trying to get your money out of these people.
