I have to admit I only shopped with Oddsandpods because they were the only company advertising the iPanda as being in stock at a reasonable price. I ordered last Wednesday and dispite all the Snow it arrived 4 days later. I am very impressed with the website and the delivery. I emailed them on Monday to chase the parcel up and they replied the same day stating it had been tracked and would arrive the next day. Tuesday came and so did the iPanda.

Thank you my daughter will love this come Christmas day.

I was recommended this website by a family member when looking for the iPig speaker for my Daughters main Christmas present. I found the site very easy to use and the emails I sent to them were answered promptly.

The iPig arrived in 2 days and I'm over the moon. 1 present down as they say!

I chose to us this website as Oddsandpods replied to me email enquiring about the availability of the iPanda speaker. they assured me they had stock and they were true to their word. I ordered these Tuesday evening and even with the Snow the iPanda was delivered with Royal mail this morning (Friday).

I will be telling all my friends and family which website I got them from. My daughter will be so pleased come Christmas. Thank you Oddsandpods for your help and honesty at such a stressful time of year!

Had courier issues whick took a lot of e-mails to get a response.
Odds and Pods eventually managed to resolve but took a long time.
That said the product is excellent and at a very competitive price.

Ordered goods 18th Nov, still not arrived 30th Nov. No response from company in any form. Cant even phone because know one ever answers, just leave your name after the beep and we will get back to you.,which they don't do!
Do not recommend this company.

Mike at oddsandpods very apologetic and seeking to rectify problem, stating that he had been let down by his supplier for the white iGhost I had ordered. Full refund now received. However, service contact non-existent until I cancelled - not good enough in a competitive world and review rating therefore unchanged. Pity - the potential is clearly there.

Having searched high&low for this little ipig for my Granddaughter oddsandpods was the only retailer that i found that had the Pink Ipig in stock.
This is for a christmas present.
There was a little missunderstanding at the beginning.But comunication has been good Oddsandpods kept me informed. when order had been dispatched and gave me order tracking number. {I do feel however that parcel force need to update their system} But that is not oddsandpods fault.
All in All I am very pleased to give a good review good comunication honest good retailer and i would recomend.
And as for the little Ipig what can i say if you can get your hands on one of these I Would the sound is outstanding. the ipig is only little BUT THE SOUND WILL BLOW YOU AWAY!!!! My granddaughter is going to be very happy & i need to now buy some ear plugs .A Big Thankyou to OddsandPods

I searched the internet and oddsandpods were one of only a handful of retailers that had the pink iPig in stock. I was hoping to get this for my daughter for Christmas but was shocked when most shops online were out of stock.

I have never used oddsandpods before but I will say they are very helpful and the price I paid was the lowest on the internet.

I contacted them via email to ask if they did have the iPig in just in case they were advertising items they don't actually have (been caught out with another site before :( ). The reply that afternoon was very friendly and professional and advised they had stock but it would be sent teh next day as the warehouse was very busy with packing orders for existing orders.

I took the plunge and paid. The iPig was sent the day after I ordered it as I was advised and it took 2 days to arrive with the Royal mail. I am so pleased I gave this website a try as it is often easy to discount newer companies and go for places like Amazon and Play who are not actually that good but are massive so people use them as they feel they are protected. I say give oddsandpods a go, they proved to me that they are a are an honest company and have made my daughters Christmas! Thank you

Ordered a pair of £80 headphones which were due to be delivered within 1-2 days via Royal Mail 1st Class. After 1 week of no items (but having taken my money) I tried to contact them. Phone line was dead and no response to email.

It was only after I emailed one final time requesting a refund that I got a response from "Mike" informing me that my item has been returned back to them by mistake. Over 2 weeks since ordering they finally arrived.

I ordered a speaker set for the bedroom. the iHome was cheapest here so I gave them a go. It arrived today (Tuesday) after ordering it on Saturday.

The speaker was well packaged and is perfect. Just what I wanted and I saved over £10 so Im very happy with the price and service from this website.

I would say they are very reliable and I will be using them in the run up to Christmas.

I ordered a range of gifts from odds and pods (iphone cases and protectors, along with ipad stand) and I was very pleased with the service received.
All items were delivered to me, on time and in great condition.
Have already emailed queries about Christmas gifts for my son and have had prompt replies - will definitely use them again!

Ordered an extended HTC Desire battery.After nearly 2 weeks there is no sign of it despite email after order 1 day later saying it had been despatched.They even have a bit on website to fill in saying'If your order hasnt arrived after a week fill this in' hardly confidence inspiring...Needless to say there was no reply when i filled that form in.Phone always engaged,some phoney rubbish on site saying this number is always busy with customer orders,even though customer orders dont go near this telephone number.


Ok update 1/11/10.After this review Mike got in touch from Odds and Pods.To cut a long story short this guy kept polite,tried to help and eventually I got the item..the battery item isnt very safe looking,it looks homemade but all credit to Mike for keeping on the case.Thanks mate.I think the bottom line is be careful if buying from Odds and Pods!

There are a lot of fake Monster Beat Studio headphones on the market. They assured me theirs were originals. Their product proved to be authentic at a great price and the delivery service was better than stated. Will use again and recommend to others.

I ordered a Belkin armband case and a set of headphones for my iPhone. I was so happy with the way my order was handled that to share my joy.

Oddsandpods seem to be a growning business and from the contact i have had with them they are very helpful. My emails for advice and to ask when mty delivery would arrive were replied to within 1 day and the order arrived 2 days after placing it on their website. The website is easy to use and has many items I would love. I will be back for some Christmas shopping soon. Thank you.

My experience is broadly this. I ordered nearly £1100.00 worth of goods from this retailer. After a reasonable delay they had still not arrived. I checked the online reviews and to say the least the message was 'mixed' - so I was concerned. I contacted the retailer who came back to me within 24 hours to explain what went wrong (generally speaking throughout the transaction communication was good). I was told that what went wrong was that an outsourced courier had done something so that even though the del address was confirmed as correct, the del was being returned! The retailer said that it would refund me. Being of a pessimistic disposition, I thought "OK - I'll believe it when I see it".
This morning after 48 hours (a very reasonable time in my view) the purchase price has been returned to my card. So, now I've seen it - I believe it. Hence I have taken the trouble to write this review.
Overall, it seems to me that this retailer's fulfillment record is mixed. In my case it was not achieved but I received a full purchase price promptly and the communication on the whole matter was good. However, I would be reluctant to use the retailer again because of the non fulfilment. On-line retailing is an unforgiving world where any level of non-fulfilment leading to hassle for the consumer is is responded to with a low toleration level. Every aspect of the operation including those outsourced needs to be got right as, thanks to things like this review site and social network driven sales, the consequences for this or any on-line retailer will be dire

Ordered a digital camera bag which unfortunately took over 2 weeks to be delivered first class post !! I am going away to Canada tonight and was desperate for that camera bag. After a couple of desperate emails from me at the begining of the week the bag arrived, as promised, this morning. Yes I would use them again but would ask that they would keep customers more informed especially if there is any kind of delay. The odd email goes a long way in keeping people happy.

I cant praise odds and pods highly enough, i ordered what i beleived to the correct cable for my partners renault clio, when it arrived (very promptly!) it wasnt the right type, i contacted oddsandpods to see what could be done expecting nothing but i was looked after brilliantly, i sent the wrong cable back but unfortuanatly thish got lost in the post !! Even though they didnt receive it they sent me a complimentary cable so that my partner can listen to her music in her car. Excellent service, excellent company. Highly recomended !!!!! Dont hesitate , these guys have the best prices and really look after there customers A+++++

I was asked to write a comment on oddsandpods after I emailed them to say how pleased I was with the Golla SLR bag I received and how quickly it arrived.

I do not usually bother writing like this on sites but after I was pointed in this direction and saw the few negative reviews I felt I had to even this out.

I would use the oddsandpods site again definately. I am sure I will be buying a few Christmas presents from this site. My 1st order was sold at a very low price. £22 less than Currys website and it arrived in 2 days.

This company is more than innaceptable,I paid for an extended batery for my HTC and I still wait for it for 1 month now.
Does anybody know a solution how to get a refund from this stupid guys.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!they are not serious.

Had a problem with item, but Mike dealt with it straight away, no hasle, the replacement desk charger arrived this morning, have tried it and works fine.m Would use this supplier again
