Cleanfox offer doesn't pay despite legit completion. Advertiser isn't transparent on why.

Even the easiest offers on OfferToro are extremely hit-and-miss, more likely miss.

Of course it's great it does take time but this is a first actually and it has credited the points, other offers I used in the past did not do anything and just left me in the dark but this offertoro is great and I'm sure theres room to improve too.

I have given 3 stars because they are not detecting the progress properly I have completed to targets but didn't recieved the reward i have submitted support ticket but they are too slow to respond don't know whether they are working on it or not
My suggestion is that they should credit reward immediately after one has completed the target they should improve their support system to reply fast...
Once they implement that things I'll give 5 stars...

Hello I am sarvesh I use offertoro for offers of loot x the people are very kind they give points they are not like other websites like lootably ayet studios these two are worst they are not giving points but offertoro replies us and give points thank you offer torroooo!!!!!

Reward detection is absolute dogpoop, hard to not call it a scam when you spend hours to finish a level and get nothing...

Parking Escape Challenge was a offer or task I did via FreeCash app. There were multiple levels to complete to receive credits towards desired rewards. I got credits for each level except level 3250 which naturally paid the largest amount $18.88. OfferToro customer support decided to reject that request ticket while every earlier Parking Escape Challenge milestone credited within mere minutes. Seems very suspicious the last level to give the most gets blocked. Very strange? I'm even still holding onto the screenshot as full evidence I finished but OfferToro support from all accounts could care less. If anyone is willing to accept responsibility for fault here I look forward to hearing their information. Technical hurdles screwed me out of what I rightfully earned. This is why I deducted 2 stars. More than willing to give a 5 star review if or whenever this changes. Other OfferToro gaming apps have credited properly though so props for those.

Doing well but credit process is slow which they need to improve

Recently had an experience with an offer not crediting (Aug 2023). I completed all the steps and got nothing. I sent a support ticket to Offer Toro and they responded the next day. They said it would take 15-30 days to investigate. After 15 days they contacted me saying they were still investigating but that they had not forgotten about me. After the 30 days was up I figured they had forgotten about it, but a few days later (Oct 4, 2023) they approved the credit that was owed to me, $118. I was very pleased. So, even though it was a little slow, I did get the credit. Expected them to make some excuse not to pay me, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I still dont received my rewards in monopoly go its almost 1 week now

i had a problem receiving my points recentlys on games i downloaded through offertoro, usually you get the points right away that you can exchange for cash and vouchers. Usually with the early points you can get them no problem, but once you have the game for afew days or weeks it tends to be quite spotty whether you get your points or not.
I usually fire off complaints and Usually Offertoro will find the missing points.
There have been occasions when I legitimately did get the points but offertoro denied them to me, usually there are all sorts of reasons why they cant get them for me, I usually provide as detailed a description of the problem as I can aswell as screenshots. But yeah they find them more often than not.
Just a shame that its become a matter of course to complain now for missing points, but I guess it cant be avoided if people are finding ways to take advantage, I wouldn't know.
But yeah I can say I will continue to use their services, complaining can be a minor grievance but at least I get a decent amount of points at the end for my time spent in the applications.
