4 tickets have been opened and no response has been given for 2 months. Really no assistance. I'm really disappointed

Mixed reviews. I’ve been using them for a while now and at the start everything was fine. They would pay out instantly which was great and I felt confident doing the sign up deals knowing I would be paid. But recently there has been many (atleast 10) casino offers added, all different deals with different casinos but all the casinos are very similar, i would imagine they are all part of the same. Anyway the deals are quite lucrative, deposit and wager £30 and make £70-£95 worth of points so a no brainer. To start these casinos are very sketchy, the minimum withdrawal is £100 and so even if you win when you wager your deposit it’s almost impossible to withdraw it and if you do want to withdraw they make you jump through hoops.
The annoying thing is they do not pay out the points, offertoro clearly has the record of my click but say they have no evidence of the criteria being met, even though I know i did exactly as required. I currently have 2 open tickets like this and waiting to be resolved, I’m sure offertoro will do the right thing and pay out the points otherwise I would have wasted £60 on these dodgy casinos.
I needed proof of wagering and one of the casinos had no record of this on the webpage so I had to go to live chat and request it and when they asked what it was for and I explained they had no idea about the offer with offertoro so it makes me wonder how offertoro could ever find out if I met the criteria.
My verdict is to be wary of the large payout casino deals and stick to the game/well known company offers.
As I say I have 2 open tickets which have been open for a couple of weeks now and I will amend this review accordingly if I am paid out. It’s just very annoying that it’s not tracked and I have to chase it and wait.
My message to offertoro is to check out these deals and possibly remove them (ocean breeze, spicy jackpots, four crowns casino, love casino, golden lions, the list goes on) if you visit their websites you will see they are all virtually identical and the withdrawal rules the same on each, very dodgy.

I had trouble with an offer, but the support did a good job and so far I‘ve got everytime an reward for every offer I‘ve completed.

Sometimes games don't pay the reward even though I follow the steps correctly. But when I contact Offer Toro support they respond quickly and try to resolve it. Not every time I receive the due reward but other times they do.

Some times OfferToro didn't give you reward, you need to report the issue and 80% they reject your request even if you did offer 100% correct.

They will not pay out avoid. Nothing will track, although other sites do so what’s the issue here. I sent proofs of offers i had done, which were paid for offers I’ve spent over £100 doing them and they are just rejecting them all, even though most things I signed upto I had to use ID to sign up as it was slots site offers, I sent welcome emails, deposit emails & proof of wagering and the places I’ve done them at don’t have anything to do with it!

Any time I have had an issue there has been a quick response, a positive resolution and an overall good experience.

Don't believe that offers will be credited automatically within 24 hours. More like, wait 24 hours and then fill out forms, wait a week and then get paid. Wouldn't be so bad if I didn't rely on timed bonuses on the linked site I use. Other than that, at least you get paid eventually

This is a very bad site. I got rewards for some offers from this site but not many offers. So I think the team members of this side need to work a little more.

I am satisfied with their attention and response time. The only point I deduct is the error they made while installing the application.

I have given 1 stars because they are not detecting the progress of offers. I have completed a number of offers but didn't recieved the rewards. this has happend mutiple times over the last few months i have submitted support ticket but they are taking thirty days to get back to me then giving me a vague number of reason rather than a specific one why the task has been rejected. I haven't had this problem in the past and they use to be quiet prompt and have a quick customer service. I wouldn’t recommend until they solve theses problems save your money

Not good service. Reject many real completion every time. No one can earn in this wall. Keep away.
