Recently purchased two pair of shoes from here. Order went through and I paid over 200 pound , there was absolutely no mention of custom charge etc. got an email to pay €80 custom charge before receiving my order. Will not be ordering from them ever again.

At the office islington branch N1 center I had a lovely young girl who served me called serine (sorry if I’ve spelled the name wrong) she was so helpful I purchased a lot of sandals so she was running around a lot but was extremely helpful and so polite, the other girl called faith was also extremely helpful and polite both made my experience very pleasant thanks girls :)

Ordered a pair of trainers for me to have to chase the order up 4 days later for them to say that they aren’t available and they’d email me when they are sent out. so they sold me trainers not even in stock. then have now cancelled my order. i feel like when i ordered i should’ve been told and kept up to date

Awful customer service
Ordered sandals. DPD stated they attempted delivery twice.
I wasn’t aware, wasn’t sent any options for delivery dates or times or the choice to leave in a safe place. They sent the item back to Office who then charged me For the return, even though I didn’t choose to return.
I emailed customer care to explain I shouldn’t need to pay for a return I didn’t want returning. They wanted evidence from my ring door bell (which isn’t working) to prove DPD “didn’t” attempt to post. This back and forth went on for 5 emails. For the sake of refunding me the £3 returns cost they argued I needed to show evidence. Shocking customer service. Never buying from them again!!
