Previously opened then carelessly put back into box. Box lid did not close properly, ripped tissue pushed into trainers. They looked liked someone had purchased them, then returned them, and for £145 I would expect better from office. No time to return them, as it was a birthday gift from granddaughter - very disappointing

The new EU customs charges
The new EU customs charges, Irish vat and DPD brokerage fees were not outlined in the checkout process. I ordered new trainers from Ireland and extra charges added up to 35 euro.

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals…
Ordered a pair of Birkenstock sandals and their sizing is completely wrong for Birkenstock.
They’re saying a size 8 is a euro 41 when in fact on Birkenstock it is a euro 42!
Be careful as this is very misleading.
Then they charge you for returning the item!
Won’t buy off here again!
