Service was great, received item within 2 days of ordering

Great, order arrived in less than 48 hrs ! Was very impressed, ordered Sunday afternoon and it arrived by home delivery early Tuesday morning ! Daughter very pleased.

Order cancelled saying limited stock availability

Office sent me the wrong size item in the box. ordered a size 6 as stated on the box but inside were a size 7! Very annoying because I had to re order but they would not be here in time for my holidays.

Showed an item as in stock. Ordered, received order confirmation and then 6 days later I got an email saying order cancelled as don’t have it in stock. In that time the other companies that did have it in stock when I purchased from Office, sold out. Disappointing and also lost the chance to order elsewhere in that time.

Excellent, next day delivery, cannot fault.

I was sent odd sizes a size 5 and a 6 of Dr Martens. The communication via help email was very poor and very slow to reply regarding how to exchange etc. I wanted a simple exchange. Shoes of the same size!!! By the time they had sent details etc. The shoes were now out of stock!!
Very very poor after sales service!!

The one star was for a quick delivery. Although it was wrong!

purchased a product online. I received a message stating it would be delivered to office branch within 3 to 5 business days, yet 20 days have passed and I still haven't received it. I have only been able to communicate via email, and they fail to provide a satisfactory response. Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. I am warning you all. Thank you.

Quick delivery and perfect shoes for summer

They are better than i thorte they wookd be and the person tgat deliverd them was very helpfull as i am in a wheelchair

Excellent service, quick delivery and my berky’s are just lovely soft solo and super comfortable.

The item received is faulty. You want me to return to store or return, at my expense, to you.

It is not convenient for me to return them to a store, I live 30 miles from your closest.

The item is faulty, that is clear. I am not at fault and you expect me to go out of my way to repackage the item, then me have to pay a return postage. Irrelevant if you will reimburse, I have to find the money to return it.

Then you want me to drive to my nearest post office, which is not near me and I will have to go out of my way, to return the faulty item.

Perhaps a better suggestion is that you have a better quality check scheme and items are actually checked for faults before they are dispatched to customers.

I kept my end, I purchased it, paid immediately and paid for your postage. The item is faulty. I have been wearing shoes for 45 years. I don't need one of your professionals to have a look at them and tell me they are faulty. They have been stitched incorrectly.

Received an email the day after my order confirmation to advise that the order could not be fulfilled due to low stock.

On Sunday night I placed an order for a size 39 EU (UK size 6) trainers which I needed for today but realised after purchasing I had not selected "Next Day Delivery" at £5.99. There was no option to cancel so I duplicated the order adding my delivery option. On Monday morning I called Office Customer Service to explain and requested they cancel the first order - I was told very bluntly this was not possible but I should just return them! Monday afternoon the second order arrived and the trainers were far too small; measured next to 4 other size 39EU (size 6 UK) trainers I own they are 1.5cm shorter! Tuesday morning the first order arrived, making me wonder why I had paid £5.99 for NDD and now I have to return both pairs!!
