I found this site when I was looking to get icloud lock removed. I placed my order thinking it was for icloud unlock but it was not. I emailed asking why it wasn't working and received a rude reply that I was the one that placed the order. I even paid extra so that it could be expedited. I was basically told to bad and didn't offer to assist in any way.

Reading through the reviews I have had the same issue paid £52.99 in May for a iCloud unlock and still this hasn't been done. Sent several emails and just been ignored also emailed Nochex who took the payment and again ignored.
I just want my money back, as what I ordered hasn't been done.

Easy to understand instructions and feedback as progression was made is excellent, forecast on time to completion would be a nice added extra if possible

Took a bit longer than anticipated but the staff were very helpful and clear in helping me through the process even after the unlock didn't work the first time! Thank you!!!

I am very disappointed

I paid to have a phone unlocked since July. They took my money and then then told me it will take a little longer than expected. That was in August. It's now November and I have heard nothing from them. I emailed their customer service and they have ignored me countless times. They say they have a 100% guarantee but I am not sure about that. I am not sure they are a trustworthy as they claim. My phone was not blacklisted or anything of the sort.

Very simple to do, took a bit longer than expected but all good.

I made an order for iCloud unlock on April 2016 for which I paid 19.99. I was asked to pay another 30.00 to move forward, I did that too. Then I got this message from them "iCloud Account associated with the iDevice is unfortunately marked by Apple as Lost/Stolen." which is totally fake because its my friends phone and she was literally using it the whole time and accidentally got locked with an apple update. They also mentioned "There will be a premium service coming soon which can unlock this device, you will be informed when it is available." One day I got a mail saying premium unlock is available and I paid them on 10th may 2019. Now this is what I see "Overdue - this unlock is taking a little longer than normal, we are chasing this IMEI for you and have prioritised it. We will email you and update your status accordingly when it is unlocked." No reply for my emails on nothing.

I have already mailed the customer service email and still I haven't got any reply.

after paying £ 20, 25% of unblocking, no one recommended will continue to pay and this is not the end of fees

I am sick of emailing for a refund and they don't even respond, the whole set up is a con, the feedback on their Web site is absolutely rubbish.

No doubt they will reply with the usual email saying if you have purchased a product get in touch with UK team

I was initially surprised that there was a second payment due after making my first payment. However, once I'd look at another couple of similar websites, I realised most unlocking services do the same thing and are all around a similar price. I paid my balance and everything ran smoothly after that. My phone was unlocked within 4 days of paying the balance.

Was told it was £14.99 then £17.99 (added VAT late) then when I was told it was nearly complete - apart from they wanted another £130!!!

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! It’s a scam of a website, state a first price which is 17.99 then told me it’s an extra £127.00 to unlock my phone and tells me then it told us the price would be more after in the terms and conditions. Very clever to cover there own back as I would have personally liked to see that at the start when I purchased it thinking all the price was £17.99 for the whole unlock.

iCloud unlock £17.99 then the sting!! Further £130 needed to unlock iPhone worth £40 contact support team for £17.99 refund ,no chance should have read terms and conditions like umpteen others who got done.Don,t deal with these people.£17.99 for good lesson in life perhaps not bad

I paid the £17.99. 1 day later they asked for another £49.99 as a fee to the provider. Mine is O2. There is no fee needed.

Contact your provider and they will unlock it for FREE.
Stay away from this company. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY.

Wish I could give a zero! Terrible customer service - never get a reply. After the first payment they tell you they need another payment to unlock, then another payment after for premium work. Do not be fooled. I was just looking to unlock a watch and ipad I bought and I had already checked they weren't blacklisted as lost or stolen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
