5 years and still waiting, £109 wasted, no reply no costumer services no nothing.

No unlock wanting an extra £73 pound

Can't get thrighr in the phone line, no one's rings you back. Also not he phone calls is saus you are calling holiday discount packages.

They have been reported to action fraud also the bank. So hopefully it will get them shut down and stop more loosing money

Absolutely shocking to use this company. I wanted my I phone 7 unlocked, followed the step by step guide online and it advised a payment to be made of £17.99. I then received an email to say my order was being processed and to expect the phone to be unlocked within 24-48 hours.

48 hours later I than receive a further email to say 'please complete your order' and expected me to pay a further £72.48 to have my phone unlocked.

At no point did the company explain I had to make a further payment, this was not displayed anywhere on their website nor if you then followed the steps again. Reading the 'reviews on the website' they seem to have 4.8 out of 5 however when on Trust Pilot the reviews are shocking.

I have since tried ringing customer services multiple times and can never get through, the line states 'sorry were experiencing a high volume of calls and please leave a message after the tone' and no one returns your calls. I've emailed multiple times to state I wish for a refund and they assume you want to carry on with the unlocking service and still make a further payment.

And still to todays date, I am still awaiting a response from customer service to confirm a refund.

I would personally recommend to all friends and family to avoid at all costs!

The price from seemed very reasonable only to be increased by £60 for the codes to be released.
Site suggests, as do carefully chosen police reviews, that the process is quick- a matter of hours, however now on third day. Emails at each stage suggest another possible wait time.
Only went this route as the low price plus a little bit would have been cheaper than another 10 days on contract however now well out of pocket.
One of the justifications for the price hike is that there are carrier fees as it is an expensive phone. It’s just going out of contract so this is a falsehood.
Can’t recommend even if it eventually does unlock phone.
I note that there is a standard reply to reviews and would be happy to add a postscript if there is a refund of some of the excessive extra charge.
I did actually try to cancel the order within minutes of making final payment- should have read trust pilot reviews before - but was unable to do so and all emails are automated replies referring to t&c

If I could give zero stars I would, as it's not a service. Charge you £14.99 which you are led to believe is the normal unlock fee (as this is what most places charge) but this is just to check if you can unlock it. When you go to do the unlock they when want another £60 to do it. Do not touch this company.

Useless gives you one price then puts price up wouldn't recommend to anyone

Paid more than hundreds GBP and no unlock at all.
No reply from customer service instead of email.

Made an order for ICloud iPhone unlock in 2016 sent many emails and even called but no response at all waisted £109.99 plus 19.99 for a service which after 3 years still not being processed. Refusing to refund after 3 years. Unreliable don't fall in the same trap as many of us. Demanded refund and no response or whatsoever at all. After an email sent again on 21/10/2019, this is what I get as as reply.

This IMEI was issued to the carrier on the 26th 2016 as per your order status page and is currently in process, don't worry as soon as it's been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.

The average unlocking timeframe of this handset is (Monday-Friday). The percentage meter will give you a more accurate time scale for your device, if it reaches 100% and its not unlocked then we will chase the IMEI with the carrier for you and place it on priority.

4 emails sent, paid for an unlock in april, no communication whatsoever, no reply to email, phone number does not work. Nothing short of a scam. Funny how they can take thier time to report honest reviews from paying customers, but no deliver service promised. Buyer beware £100 down the drain atm.

6 weeks and £100 later, not unlocked, no reply from customer services, will be reporting this to trading standards

Just an update... sent the standard email customer service reply.... I have done that hence the rubbish review!! Nobody replies!!! Give me my money or do what you’ve been paid for!!!

The initial payment is just to get an email to tell you that for an additional payment we will unlock your phone. £14.99 first charge then £58.99 for the unlocking. Don't waste your time or money. After another short search found decent companies who did the unlock for £15.00

Be aware! Don’t press pay now!!!!!!
The initial £15 is just to tell you that in 24 hours you will receive another email to which you have to pay another £50 to actually unlock your phone. Save yourself time and money and go to a local shop!

On a separate note, all purchases are plus VAT, but you don’t get a VAT invoice, no VAT number or nothing...... I think HMRC also need to investigate.

When taking this matter up with your bank, you must say “I paid for a service that I did not receive” for them to take it further. Hope this helps someone.
