Ive purchased premium and waited 1 and a half months, I've been watching the tracking, and once it has completed it said it was overdue and they said they are chasing my imei number and will email me soon about the unlock status. Ive sent them a couple of emails and they still haven’t emailed me back about the activation lock status, and still waiting till this day. Im starting to think that they are just taking my money and not completing the unlock.

Absolute doughnuts. Especially Emma from customer service. They con you with a payment then send an email next day asking for 100 pounds. AVOID AVOID AVOID what a bunch of braindead doughnuts
I then emailed customer services and they would not even register my compaint and it’s now been 4 days without a reply. Terrible service and once they have your payment they will not bother to communicate. Appalling and iv had to follow it up with the Governing body.

Several years ago I used their service and I was happy after receiving my unlock within a few days and even referred a few friends after my experience. A few weeks back I tried to use the service again and after paying £19 for unlock I received a mail 24 hours later that I have to pay £89 to complete my order! It’s shocking that a once-reliable service has adopted underhand tactics. I gave up and didn’t follow through with the order.

They take a few. Then email next day for a significantly larger fee to complete unlock. Avoid at all costs.

They con you in with a $5 payment at first. Then say we have checked the IMEI number and we can unlock your phone. Once you pay that $5, you receive an email on how everything has been checked and then they ask for $25 for the actual unlock. You pay and receive an email saying they now have the permission and you should now pay $150 for the phone unlock "release" as they called it. LOL what a 'eFFFing' joke. Next will be $250 for the phone release and execution?? So much business lost and a waste of time. What a mistake.

Left countless emails paid 168 US dollars to doctorunlock.net were helpful until I submitted the final payment. My order started August 9th,2019 and it is October 6th 2019 and all it says is they are chasing the ImEI. Tried to email to see what is going on and I only receive a computer generated email. No other contact info besides email

Worst site possibly ever. Dont ever expect a refund, if u want a refund they never reply and except for the email theres no way to contact them. My phone was already unlocked but u didnt know but then I couldn’t cancel the order bcz they bever replied back.

Not to be trusted. you initially pay 14.99, then they ask for more money, in my case another £107.99. If you don't pay the extra money, they just keep the initial payment for no service at all. In my case I will not be paying extra as nothing would stop them from keeping the money again and not unlocking the phone. It's a con, do not deal with these people.

BEWARE..... Paid in Feb for icloud unlock, nothing for months. Tried contacting them for an update / refund since May and they will not even respond to my emails, no phone number or customer service. They have just stolen my money.

This is simple the schem so be aware how it works:
1) stating the price reasonable.
2) after you order, it stated very personally that your phone will bbe unlocked within 24hr. But there maybe delay or addional charge.
3) you wait for 1 or 2 months, if you contact,, they will ask for $79 again.

I wasted $45.

Now it's up to you to trust them with your bank again.

Their quote:

We do state on the website in several places (pricelist, terms and conditions, when you enter your IMEI, and the page prior to payment) that there will an additional price to pay.

We cannot refund pre-orders due to the cost of preparing the unlock, as stated on our homepage. However, if no further payment is made by yourself within 14 days we will remove the unlock and no further payment will be due. We can also transfer the pre-order payment to another handset if you wish, simply reply to this email.

Months after being charged no Unlock code provided, or any communication. No response from the customerservice email address @officialiphoneunlock.co.uk, just silence

The service was very quickly, and you have the information all the time in your page... recommended!

Avoid avoid avoid they will keep asking more and more money, positive reviews are all fake, avoid they will never unlock your icloud no matter how much you pay they'll keep asking for more and more money only.
I had to ask for my bank to step in.

I did it nobody is replying!

Read fine print on pricing and if you live outside the country of the company plan on it taking twice as long.

Poor service designed to rope you in by offering phone unlocks for 14.99 not mentioning the added VAT first issue.
Then after 24 hours you get another email for further payment of 46.75 in my case to release the unlock code.

Will be contacting barclaycard to assess a case for refund.

Contacted customer service Three days ago and no response not worth using people. Review may be edited again should they have the courtesy to respond so even a 1 star is too many!!
Still waiting for response from this bunch of cowboys nearly two weeks ago, Robin Hood can rest easy as at least he helped the poor with his gains!! 24/09/19
