Difficult delivery process
The ordering process was easy, however I didn't get any details about my order after placing it. I had to email customer service twice to get the necessary information and even so it was long waiting time. On the website, the details on the order never updated from the new status, so I was under the impression that my order had never processed. When the product arrived, it was good and high quality.

Beware shipping costs!
Had the item I wanted, however had to pay $58 shipping. I know everything is more expensive, but $58 to ship from Oakleigh to Eltham was mind blowing. Especially when they were just left at the door.

I won the auction and waited for the delivery of my jersey. After 2 months I followed up and they told me they didn't have it and were waiting. I followed up every week and got the same story. Finally got a refund.

Rigged website!
I won an acution for an ICC item on this website for $5200 and then the website gave an additional 2.5 minutes to the other bidder to bid $25 more than me and the auction closed.
Whenever it was my time to bid, the auction would not get extended, but when it was the other bidder the auction would get extended. When I inquired they said that "Sometimes" the "system" will extend. What kind of auction extends the time limit for one bidder and not the other!!!
Just an absolute scam website helping people they want to win.

The auction will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 3 minutes.

It took over a month to arrive
It took over a month to arrive, when it did it was the wrong item. During this time I rang your company to find out what was going on, I never had any communication with your company they didn’t contact me once. This was a 21st birthday present for my grandson, very disappointed. I will not be using this company again.
