Great company with excellent service and regular updates given on delivery times for memorabilia ordered.
The items are delivered and packed carefully as well. Having said that the delivery cost is a bit expensive.

Update - phonecall
Delivery was ridiculous. When calling customer service to help with update they never returned call. Package went from Melbourne to Brisbane, back to Melbourne and finally arrived in Adelaide and I received it 25 days after expected delivery.
Received a call this morning with an apology and refund of delivery fee which I am satisfied with

about a week after buy the jumper i sent a email to ask if it were possible to get the jumper by a certin date i got an email back to say they wouldnt be able to. i just printed the receipt to give the person for his birthday but it ended up coming 2 hours before we gave it to him thankfully it came just in time and he did seam to really love it

Lies & misinformation
Supplier pretended that they informed me of a delayed February delivery when the order confirmation clearly said orders recorded prior to 7th December would be delivered prior to Christmas and orders after this time would be February. There was no notification of February ‘24 delivery on this item ordered 20th Nov ‘23 until I followed up for an update. When it was delivered, they used a 3rd party delivery service and was left face down unsecured in my driveway. Pathetic

Thank you for leaving your review. On the product listing for the Australia 2023 ICC Men’s CWC Champions Team Signed Bat, it was stated that despatch was anticipated from February 2024. Our pre-Christmas order confirmation emails stated orders prior to December 7th would be despatched prior to Christmas “unless otherwise communicated or stated in the product description”, which was the case with your product. We also sent out two signing updates advising of the February despatch timeline.
Regarding the delivery of your piece, we do instruct our couriers not to deliver unattended without a signature, so this is quite disappointing to learn, and we do sincerely apologise for this experience. If there is anything we can do to assist further, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I purchased a framed jersey and on delivery the parcel was damaged. They accomodated to to have the frame repaired on two seperate occasions. Their high quality, exclusive and authentic product extends to their customer service.

High price, poor experience
Ordered my item back in October, came just before Christmas and it was badly damaged. Gutted but got onto getting it sent back to be fixed. The Courier was booked in on 4 different dates and 3 of them they failed to actually come to collect. They finally did and got the repairs under way and when receiving the item back from repairs, it has the wrong colour trim around the Frame. First came with gold and came back silver. Considering the price of the item, it has been a very disappointing experience and have no confidence to go through official memorabilia again.

Terrible
Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Customer service team are rude and unhelpful over the phone. We received a $2000 frame that was damaged and I’ve been trying to return it for over two months now. No offer of a refund for their incompetence, I just have to continuously jump through their hoops just to get a frame that’s undamaged. Save your money and time and buy from somewhere else

Great communication from purchase through to delivery, kept me constantly updated on progress. Answered emails very promptly. And when I asked for early delivery to Sydney to allow me to take it back overseas, the team responded immediately and were able to make it happen. Great customer service all round.

We had a small hiccup with minor damage during transit…
We had an issue with minor damage to our purchase during transit. Official Memorabilia were brilliant in their customer service. Given the holiday period interuptions, they quickly organised the return, repair and resending of our purchase, from one side of the country to the other.
Would absolutely recommend, without hesitation, purchasing from Official Memorabilia.
