Excellent service from start to finish. Very nice to deal with over the telephone. New tank & hard standing installed efficiently & promptly with no fuss. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Brilliant service and good price.

Ordered a replacement bunded plastic tank as we had developed a crack in existing tank. Reasonable quote delivered over phone with use of photographs. Installation booked in within two weeks and whole job completed within three hours. No mess no drama- highly recommneded

needed to replace an 18 year old single skin tank with a safer bunded tank..... the guys in the sales office were very very helpful and recommended a low profile tank so that it would not protude too much above our garden wall...... despite spending hours on the internet I hadn't realised that was what I should have been looking for; the tank was slightly smaller at 1350 litres rather than the one it has replaced at 1800 litres but no bother it fits perfectly and we only top up in 500 litres or so anyway. therefore very happy with the sales process, two guys came to install the new tank; firstly pumped out any residual oil from the old tank; laid down concrete slabs for a new base; installed the new tank; pumped back the old oil after filtering it ; and it works just fine; the guys arrived at 9.30 as expected and the whole job completed by 11.30 just 2 hours amazing service; friendly, "can do approach" from start to finish thanks to all Roger Lander Temple Grafton

Obtaining a quote for a new tank was easy, and a friendly approach given from their sales rep. Upon agreeing on the work and paying a deposit the good service stopped. Zero communication about a start date. When it eventually happened the work was completed very quickly and to a very poor standard. I complained about the poor quality workmanship, and haggled a small discount after they admitted it wasn’t that great. I pushed for further discount but this was rejected. However, the final invoice I received in fact had further discount applied by mistake, which about sums this shower up. Still chasing my OFTEC certificate 9 months down the line..... so no idea whether the work complies to current standards.

The installation team were very pleasant & helpful. Oil tanks are never in easy locations but a triumph of co-operation between everyone involved (including my neighbouring farmer!).

After my oil boiler was serviced it was noted that my oil tank had a leak and that it needed replacing. So after a google search I found Oil Tanks Plus who answered my call in a friendly way. They sorted out my leak as quickly as possible and then replaced my tank in a very timely manner. Absolutely AMAZING!! The salesman was super helpful over the phone and got a new tank booked in no time. The 2 men arrived bang on time and they were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. After having an oil delivery refused due to the tank being cracked, I contaced Kevan for a quote. He was lovely, professional and made me feel comfortable talking to him. The quote arrived promptly and I phoned back to make a booking, I was blown away with the fact that they could install the next day.

Dave came out to install the tank, he arrived on time and with everything that was required except my monitor which is being posted to me.

I cannot recommend Oiltanksplus enough, their service has been outstanding and nothing is too much trouble.

I, like many had looked around for a reliable company for a oil tank replacement, with pricing very important too.
From my first call with Kevan on sales, he goes the extra length to reassure you and seems a really genuine nice person. I'll leave Lincoln City his football team out of it!
A day was arranged for the tank installation and the lads turned up bang on time. Very professional service from start to finish. The whole job took only 3 hours from them arriving to departing!

I recently had an old domestic oil tank removed and replaced by a new tank, in a different location. I found the staff helpful, efficient and good humoured. The work was carried out to a very good standard, for what I thought, was a fair price.

I called on wednesday as my tank was cracked by the following morning at 8.30am david arrived and by 9.10am the old tank was drained disconnected, new tank installed heating back on!!! amazing service, amazing value for money, cheapest quote around. We ordered a new oil tank from a friendly contact over the phone. My good lady was very happy with the response.

Two guys came to our place on the day it had been decided and booked. They were an excellent pair of workers. The old tank was safely drained and removed from its plinth. The new tank was fitted and reconnected including our tank contents advice. They left the work area neat and tidy removing all the detritus and took it away with them.. I am a happy bunny.
