Quick response to a leaking oil tank .Attended within a week , took away old tank and replaced with new , tested and cleared up neatly before going . Felt full confidence with Lee and Matt and very satisfied. Ian ,North Somerset.

Excellent service. A different company wanted to sell me a new tank, when the problem was a teeny weep on the stop cock gasket. Within 5 days a very professional team arrived from Doncaster (we are in South Northants) drained tank, fixed problem and replaced fuel. Couldn’t fault. Thank you Carole

Ordered an oil tank from these guys after enquiring online. Rob came back to me almost immediately with a quote which was the cheapest I found.

Long story short I was due an oil delivery and when they came to deliver they noticed a crack in the tank so not only did I have no oil I also got an unexpected shock of the cost of a new oil tank.

I explained to Rob about how I didn’t have all of the funds available to pay in full (who does these days) and I was able to pay half to secure and the the other half a week after they had fitted the new tank which took the pressure off hugely.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Dealt with Mel and Rob and also the fitting guys and all were first class.

Discovered issue with my oil tank on Friday afternoon that needed immediate action. Spoke with Rob at OTP who immediately grasped the situation and provided me with a quote within an hour. Very acceptable and went ahead. Martin (engineer) arrived the next day (Saturday) at 9.00am. He was totally professional, efficient and obviously knew exactly what he was doing, and having travelled from Ipswich to be here in Hampshire with everything needed to undertake the work. The logistics and planning impressed me. Two hours of hard graft and everything was fixed - a new bunded tank where the old had been, all new pipework, oil in the old tank checked for contamination and only clean oil re-instated into new tank, old tank and dirty oil removed from site. No mess, no spillages, etc. All done in less than 24hrs - on the week end - so rare these days. I am now mightily relieved and cannot thank the OTP team enough.
PS. The weather was sunny when doing the job, and Martin told me he had postponed a family BBQ til the next day so that he could do this job. I am feeling a bit guilty as the next day (today) the British weather is doing what it does.. Sorry Martin and family....

A first rate company. A competitor had taken 3 weeks to produce a final quote for a new tank that still contained errors. I phoned Oil Tanks Plus, and 2 hours later, after I had emailed photos of our existing tank, I had a final quotation for a far superior specification and a firm date for the work. The men arrived as promised and on time. They did a superb job with a difficult installation and the new tank was fitted on a new base and the boiler reconnected and running again before the end of the day.

When my oil tank split while full of oil I needed a company to respond quickly. After trying several times a local company that was recommended, without a reply, I rang oil tanks plus and what a fantastic service on the phone and by quickly resolving the issue by fitting a new tank within 48 hours.

Do not be fooled by the sweet talking salesman Kevan. Since being fooled myself it has been an absolute disaster from the day of installation to now. It seems the company will get anyone in your area to do the job. Because of the shoddy workmanship I now have a leak as they didn't want to use anymore than they had to on the copper pipe. They turned up with no tools to do the job so had to pay out another £320 for a Landscape man to bring his heavy duty tools. Had a nightmare trying to get them to reduce the invoice. I am now seeking legal advice. I don't want anyone to go through this unnecessary stress.

Discovered my oil tank had started leaking on Monday afternoon. Found this company on line, reviews looked good, phone Tuesday morning and spoke with Kev. Kev was brilliant and sourced me a new tank and installer for same day replacement. The installer travelled 150 miles each way to fit the tank. By 3pm on Tuesday everything was done and dusted!! And they were significantly cheaper than others. Amazing service! Well done 👍

This company is amazing.. had a broken oil tank leaking oil, within 3 hours I had a new tank it was like nothing had happened. The staff are all so helpful and friendly could not recommend this company enough. I expected to pay a fortune but the price was far lower than expected and the service was top rate.

Every point of contact from Kev to his installation team, Rich and Chris, and the accounts department was professional. Rich and Chris went out of their way to make the new configuration of a different shaped tank work and they were fantastic. Competitively priced and professional, friendly outfit! Highly recommended.
