Reasonable prices, good purchase process experience
I have had a very good experience with the Mr. Ferry website. I could purchase return ferry tickets here, that was not possible on other similar sites and the prices offered were also very reasonable. So I'm very satisfied :).

The ferry company does not directly issue an e-ticket valid for boarding but only a voucher to be presented at the port to collect the boarding pass. These are the conditions of the company booked. cannot understand why italian cannot design a decent website - you need to log on to paypal ahead of press paypal otherwise is not working - basic IT, basic fixing - plus the ability rona of european click accept this and that and the fifth small button is not working - again basic it basic it- other wise design is quite nice
