It was not clear from your site we needed special tickets for luggage. Then, the ferry was broken down. The ticket window sent us all over the place saying we could use our tickets on other boats. NOT TRUE. It was a mess. Lousy experience from purchase to arrival.

Any additional luggage or exceeding the size of 50 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm or 10 kg of weight must be paid for directly at the port the day of departure". We were not able to select two tickets (no option was available), had to purchase them one by one. The first payment went through. The second one didn’t go through, even after several attempts with 3 different cards.

Our ticket was faulty
Our ticket was faulty, the ship has already left which was attached to the ticket, but that was not the boat we booked the ride for. At last they let us boarded with the printed tickets, but we didnt get a boarding pass.
