The boat didn't take me to the right…
The boat didn't take me to the right place and I had to take a train from napoli to sorrento.it was never mentioned at check-in or during at Capri that it was required to switch boat. Neither was it indicated on the boat ticket. Horrible guest service experience on board as well.

When booking or purchasing tickets for the ferry, there is not an option to purchase multiple tickets at one time. I had to purchase four (4) times for my family. Not good.

The website is not user friendly
The website is not user friendly, it gives you the timetable however after your booking they start to check the availability. Then you get your confirmation, if successful, by email after you have to put in a password, which yourself have to create in order to get to the site to download the tickets. I asked myself, why not sending the tickets directly to the email address?
When I wanted to read the privacy rules, with which you have to agree, I found them in Italian. Then when I to return and finish the booking I was sent back to the beginning and have to fill everything again.
Last but not least they charge you high booking cost, Euro 6,- or 7,-
