I ordered two hard-drives that were different, and they both arrived the very next day from different couriers. They were both the best price I could find on the Internet, and I will definitely use this company again. (If my wife lets me)

I ordered a replacement HDD for my daughters laptop, which broke on Christmas Eve. It took a few days for the order to process, as expected at this time of year, but when I received the shipping notification, the drive arrived the next day in perfect working order. The best bit was that the product was the cheapest I could find on the web.

Correct Product ordered, invoiced and on delivery note - wrong product in the box. How basic an error can you get? Warehouse monkeys, no apparently the different product code was the manufacturers fault. The fact that the packer couldn't check that the product code was the same on the packing note to that on the item couldn't possibly have been the answer, could it?
Five weeks from order to refund, if you buy from these people you better pray that nothing goes wrong, THE worst customer service I have ever come across.
I will never think of buying from these people again.

I ordered 2 1 TB Seagate hard drives from Okobe. An Internet search showed that Okobe was the best price and the products were delivered within the specified time. No problems.

I wanted a 1Tb hard drive to upgrade the storage of my Humax Foxsat HDR recorder. I decided on a Seagate Pipeline HD ST1000VM002 - 1 TB - SATA-600 and a quick search of the net showed the best price (inc carriage) offered was from Okobe. Ordering on line was simple though I'd like the option to buy without having to create an account. Standard tracked delivery was 2-4 days, and the hard disk drive arrived extremly well protected in 3. Couldn't ask for a better service, regardless of price.

Ordered a hard drive with express delivery. It came within 2 days. It was very well packaged and bought at a good price. Bought the same drive from another company as I needed 2 for my NAS. The other company took a week to arrive in just a jiffy bag. The drive didn't work which was probably down to the packaging. I asked for a refund from them and instead ordered another from Okobe. Again it came within 2 days and the drive was transported very well so worked fine. Would definitely use this company again.

Got a cannon printer at over half price, been no hassle atall, delivery is not the fastest but the waiting is worth the price ... Brilliant

I payed around £1 more than the cheapest company out there, but was more than happy to because of the positive reviews Okobe had received.

After ordering I got the usual confirmation emails, and even a notification that the parcel was awaiting shipping. After about 3 days of being lost in this limbo state I received the shipping confirmation email, and the item ordered was in my hands within a matter of hours afterwards. What particularly impressed me was my item was bumped up to a faster delivery, free of charge, and without me asking. Someone at Okobe noticed it had got snarled up in the system and did something about it to try negate my delay - if only more companies were this proactive.

I ordered my printer, it arrived within the week following communications telling me it was ready for despatch then dispatched. I'm very impressed and as a growing business, i would definitely use try them first before looking at any other supplier. Buy with confidence!

First time trying these guys and would be happy to use them again. Really good value and the customer service is pretty good too. No issues - would definitely use them again.

I hate using companies I have not heard anything about before and when Google shopping had these guys come up at the cheapest price I was hesitant to use them, but i did some googling and they seemed to have some pretty good reviews and the website despite it's quirky and colourful nature is nicely put together and professional (which gives a nice first impression) so I gave them a shot. All worked out perfectly for me Cheaper than places like Ebuyer product arrived sooner then it would have using Ebuyers free method also. Not sure about customer service from these guys didn't have an issue so had no need to contact them. Would certainly use them again.

Bought a DS212J, item delivered within 2 days and £10 cheaper than the same service from a well known jungle / book seller. Very happy.

What more can i say. I bought a SATA hard drive. They were the best priced (in some cases 20%+ cheaper than other more well known retailers). Using the website was striaghtforward and delivery was fast. I had the package in a few days. Two thumbs up!

I was extremely pleased with the efficient delivery of a rear case for my iPad Mini. This company was just about the only place I could find a rear case which would still support the official smart cover.

Okobe's high review ratings here and elsewhere actually hide the true picture. The reviews are strenuously misleading and an ostensible smoke screen. They are based on customers who: do not have a problem, do not need to return an item, do not even need to contact the company in any way for any reason. If you don't fall into that category, you're in for the worse ride of you customer service life.

I ordered from okobe, and within hours trouble had started. No dispatch email was sent out, nor was the tracking information. Only by chance was I in when the courier arrived. Having realised I needed to upgrade my order I set about contacting the firm. Easy I thought. Wrong. I phone FIVE times, waiting on hold for over 20min on a premium rate number, but only got to speak to a person on a single occasion and very briefly.

It has been said on here that okobe use a call centre for customer services. I whole heartedly disagree. Its not a call centre - it's a 'call person' - a single person in a call centre, possibly called Jacob. They are nothing more than a conduit who could take details - they can't actually do anything useful themselves, because its always the Returns team, the Sale teams, the this team, the that team, that is needed. They couldn't put me through to ANY one else at all in the company, or even leave me on hold, but just take a number to be called back. Not on your life are you getting my number so you can spam to it.

I instead tried email. Big mistake, as this is also undoubtedly run by the same call centre that operates after work hours. Email sent Monday morning - a one line reply received nearly 12 hours later. Replied, and got a second email again 24 hrs later. Replied once more, and waited another 24 hrs to actually find out if I could upgrade my item. At this time I mentioned I had connected the first order up, and wondered if they'd still take it back for upgrade. No answer. Email them again, and finally receive an reply - but no answer to my question regarding upgrading - it had been sidestepped completely. Three days later I finally get a reply- that's EIGHT DAYS after the original query was put to them! In the end returning the item represented the prospect of yet more hassle, so I will sell it online and just suffer the loss.

All in all, appalling non existent customer service that makes WAE+ look good. I naively relied on the firm's good online reviews and was mistaken about their credibility, which is based purely on those who have not had a need to contact them or query any aspect of their order - which is not reality. Won't use them again no matter how cheap their products are.

BOTTOM LINE - AVOID this company if there's even the slightest chance you will need to contact them, change, or return an order. In simple terms - you will get no satisfaction whatsoever.

No problems here - goods well packaged, arrived within 48 hours of ordering. Straightforward ordering process & helpful telephone support.

Reasonably quick delivery, and great prices - via Amazon or otherwise.

I have just bought an Epson Perfection V370 photo scanner after researching prices on the internet. The scanner arrived earlier than the estimated date in perfect condition. I would certainly conbsider them again when ordering electronic equipmenthave and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I just bought the Western Digital 'My Essential Book' external drive from Okobe and it was the best price anywhere and they even do express delivery for less than some companies charge for 'normal' speed - it arrived super quick and well packaged and I am super chuffed!! I suspect they'll be a great place to look for anything first!
