Olive and Sage 

The same as every one else. Ordered two weeks ago. Last week I contacted them to see where my order was, same old spiel they have given everyone else. Told me I would get my items end of this week, still nothing, sent another email, no reply, tried to telephone them just rang off. No evidence of to their website, Facebook or Instagram. They should never have still been taking people's money if they were in trouble disgusting behavior, they need looking into and to be held to account but I guess there is fat chance of that!!

What is going on with this company placed an order four weeks ago.no update can’t get an answer by phone or email plus can no longer log into my account
Have ordered from them several times before and have had to chase up my orders but this time it’s as if they no longer trade.
Dreadful customer service well it’s non existent
They have taken my monies it seems with no intention of sending items horrible situation to be even if the issue is sorted I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND MY ADVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY..........

AVOID THIS COMPANY -------------- DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUD BASED PLACED A ORDER IN GOOD FAITH THE PAYMENT AND ORDER WAS TAKEN AND THEN - I WAITED FOR DELIVERY - AND E MAILED AND ---- NOTHING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS - I ASKED LAST WEEK ABOUT MY DELVIERY AGAIN AND GOT A RESPONSE BACK SAYING THEY HAD TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED - THIS WAS A STALLING TACTIC --- AGAIN - THEN I HAD E MAIL TO SAY THEY HAD CEASED TRADING --- I AM NOW CHASING A REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL - BUT THEY TRADE ON LOTS OF DIFFERENT NAMES AND BUYERS NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS ............ RESEARCH THE COMPANY BEFORE THEY BUY INCASE, ITS THIS BUNCH OF CROOKS HIDING BEHIND A NEW COMPANY NAME ----DISGUSTING AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Like some ordered the wizard of oz collection and informed due to the delay I could have 25% off something else on the site whilst i wait for them. So stupidly ordered a few bits paying more money to them. When this company took the money they must have known the company were ceasing trading. Disgusting don't believe anything thats been sent they have ripped people off

I recently purchased some garden lanterns costing £115.00 in total.They were late being dispatched, I emailed, I had a reply that they were late and apologised .I had to email again as I still didn’t receive them. Then there was a problem with courier but the courier UPS stated they didn’t deliver as authorisation by olive and sage needed verification. I emailed and olive and sage said it was a courier problem and the items would be dispatched. I was then told my items were being dispatched. I tracked the item and yes it was on its way . I had a date and time and I waited in the garden, I then had a photo that the items had been delivered successfully! Not to me they hadn’t . I emailed olive and sage to tell them this and I’ve heard nothing back. I then sent email to state I wanted a full refund! Still nothing . I have never received them and I wouldn’t use this company or advise anyone not to purchase anything

Well I’ve been waiting for my delivery of Feather’s McGraw and it hadn’t arrived even though it’s been paid for and the money taken straight away. I get an email saying they are ceasing trade as their stock has been stolen and the police haven’t been helpful. I’m very surprised particularly as the directors have put the company under charge of another, Surely they should’ve stopped their advertisements on Facebook selling items if they have their stock stolen. Having read others comments I was surprised to see the directors have already dissolved 2 companies in April, liquidated another. Something just doesn’t add up here. See companies house for records. They are too quick in dispersing the police and insurance - very suspicious.

I ordered two items on 16th April. I emailed their sales office during the 2nd week of May to query non arrival and was told they were sorting out their warehouse!! Then I get an email saying they had lost 80% of their stock, had been robbed and ceased trading so I have to ask for my money back from the bank.

I preordered the wizard of oz collection in January.. emailed us in march saying shipment damaged next date May gave me £25 voucher which I used and brought more bill £29… that was 25th march every week we are sending it out and still nothing searched today as last email 18th may unanswered to see now out of business… so basically liars… I have got a refund on the latter from PayPal and they are contacting the seller re the wizard of oz £95 good luck with that.. fyi the company is a shown as peacocks and flamingos on the PayPal… shocking service… looking at all these reviews they have been taking peoples money for months

Update:

Despite this company flagging my review and trying to have it removed, it stayed and I did eventually get a refund, no thanks to the company. Go to whoever you used for payment, PayPal, debit card etc, they should be able to help you.
Do check out these crooks on Companies House, the business wasn't listed as dissolved at the time they sent emails out to claim it was, they have traded under many different names so do be careful in future when buying similar products, it's likely they'll start up again under a different name.

Update:

I'm having a right clart getting a refund sorted, no matter how you pay you may be expected to contact the seller directly to try and resolve the issue first, brilliant considering their website has gone and I doubt they'll be responding to any other form of contact! If Olive & Sage took payment for goods, they should have refunded as many of their customers as they could as when their stock was allegedly stolen, the money they had didn't just disappear as well, not that many of the customers believe a word of the garbage they sent out in their last email anyway!
I'll keep trying to pursue my claim for a refund and hopefully with enough complaints, these fraudsters will never be able to trade under another name again...check out Companies House!

Placed an order on the 6th April and as I hadn't received my order in the stated delivery time, I contacted the company twice to chase this up.
I was told there were busy this time of year, there were delays with deliveries from the suppliers, they were relocating to a new place etc etc etc, anything but the truth it seems.
Checked my emails today and came across this email dated 20th May...

We are so sorry to have to contact you in this way.
Due to circumstances out of our control, including theft of 80% of our stock as well as other illegal activities against us, we are sorry to advise that we are going to have to cease trading.
We have tried our very hardest to retrieve the stock and replenish what is required to carry on trading but it is now impossible to back date what is required and maintain the business. The police haven’t been helpful and insurance is complication and long winded.
We need to advise that you should contact your payment provider to claim monies owed.
We have spent 20 years building up Olive & Sage and along the way, have met some amazing customers. We sincerely thank everyone for their custom and we are so very sorry to be in this situation.
As a family business, the circumstances we find ourselves in has taken a major toll on us physically, mentally and financially and we no longer have the resources to continue.
Thank you for your understanding at this traumatic time.

This company had the opportunity to refund me weeks ago knowing my order was not going to be despatched, no mention of theft or anything else in their email just days earlier...just lies!
If you're owed goods, get on to your bank, card issuer or whoever to get your money back, as you aren't going to receive it from the company who took it...appalling!

I ordered goods from Olive & Sage on 19th May. I emailed and telephone a number if times, no response. I saw the reviews below and the company is in bankruptcy. I take it we have lost our money?

This is the first review I've ever written but feel I have to share my experience.
I ordered a ceramic leopard back in the middle of January with an expected arrival pre order date of the following week.
The date came and went and I was in touch with Olive & Sage via Facebook messenger several times and was always told stock would be arriving within a few weeks. Foolishly I said I would continue to wait but last week I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund. I was told somebody would process my refund but lo and behold two days later I got an email to say they have now ceased trading.
I don't know if I'll get my money back as it's been several months since I placed my order, I may have to remain £200 out of pocket.
A terrible company, they have caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety and I know I'm not the only one reading all of these other reviews.
Can't quite comprehend how they are getting away with not refunding people, they have had my money for months, what have they done with it?

Been given the runaround and complete lies since March, still waiting on nearly £300 worth of goods! I've emailed 11 times, finally got someone who said they were one of the owners and had a problem with swapping over computer systems, when I asked yet again re my goods which were order on March they blocked me!! And now apparently, when I looked on here they have ceased trading!! Thank goodness I paid by PayPal, will have to put in a request for a refund.

I echo the complaints of the previous reviews. Ordered the Isabella Floor lamp in February. They took 100% of money upfront. Telephone calls are never answered claiming too busy getting orders out to customers... what exactly are they getting out to customers if 80% of their stock has been stolen?? Emails met the same silence, then received the email saying ceased business. Definitely fraudulent activity. They must have known when they were taking everyones money over the past 8 weeks that they were in difficulty yet continued to trade. Criminal!

Absolute scam. No products received, took the money then received an email "80%of our stock has been stolen and illegal activities against us" blah blah blah - contact your bank for a refund. Avoid!

Ordered items in April - lots of excuses and no delivery. Have just raised a PayPal dispute for return of funds. Disgusting.

Ordered garden lights apr7 no delivery excuses about shipment problems kept being assured I'd get them soon. Finally had email sayingvthatvtgey had been robbed of80pc of their stock and were going out of business. Feel I was given the run around. Lost my money. Very unhappy

Ordered item on 28th April , item was showing as ready for dispatch. Email multiple times given multiple excuses.
Opened a PayPal case now as the company has now shut down website and Facebook page. Stay well away from this company -

I ordered some Wizard of oz garden ornaments from Olive and Sage in April . I had to preorder them and they were due to arrive the end of June. I also had an email to say that they had ceased trading. I paid via PayPal and the account is in the name of Peacocks and Flamingos, so they obviously have several business names. I have contacted PayPal and I am now awaiting to see if I get a fefund of my £69.

Same as everyone else been waiting 3 months for an order ,got told the lorry up was held up in customs,now all their stock has been robbed and ceased trading .
Very dodgy hope I get my money back 😡

Scam company. Placed order 3 days ago and they don't exist. Took payment and no way of getting hold of them
