Appalling after waiting over a week I get told I need to claim my own money back, feel like I’ve been scammed 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible terrible terrible service AND NOW THEY’VE LIQUIDATED!! With, I might add….. my £300 lamp not arriving and no refund.

Have waited 4 weeks for my order and last week asked for refund. Only to receive an email today to tell me they are closing down the company and that I have to claim from my debit card company as they do not have funds to repay.So all of you who have written on here today this will be your outcome too

Ordered parasol and 2 deck chairs beginning of April, like other customers I’ve had excuse and warehouse moving. Just received an e-mail stating they have been robbed of 80% of stock and police are unhelpful and insurance company not much better. They have ceased trading and I have to contact my bank and try and get my money back. I’m so angry

Taken my money and now saying they have cancelled my order and to contact my bank to get my money back! How does that work if they have the money?

This company has ceased trading and sent an email this morning to confirm this. They took an order 3 weeks ago that hasn’t been delivered. I have a suspicion it’s a scam. Contacted Amex who have refunded the money and are investigating the company

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!! I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for items told they were dealing with a backlog now got an email to say closing down due to stolen goods and I have to contact my bank about money owed, no idea if I will get my money back

Not supplied light and kept money - saying stock stolen. I would not trust this company as you risk losing your money.

Ordered the gold palm lamp 18th February. Told would be in stock my April then the end of April It’s now 20th May and no word from them except for today . Received an email stating they have gone out of business due to multiple hard luck stories ! advised me to contact he card provider for a refund ! Looking at the other reviews they seem to make a habit of this ! SCAM !

Unfortunately olive & sage have today closed - so anybody who has purchased with them & not received your goods - you need to contact your card provider for a refund.

Back in February 2023 from Olive and Sage,(an on line retailer) i ordered two victorian styled iron hanging baskets and 6 large metal mushrooms..as of today saturday 20th may 2023 i havent't recieved the metal mushrooms but i have fully paid for them @£42... 2 weeks ago i ordered a large floor standing glass lantern which i paid for using paypal thank God because 5 minutes ago at 12.30 i was sent an email informing me that as of today they have totally ceased trading due to theft mismanagment and whatever!!! Im utterly flabbergasted that its taken this long to let people know, and now ive got to go thru the rigmarole of trying to retrieve my money back from paypal...Why they took the order for the floorstanding lamp 2 weeks ago is just pathetic as they mustve known they wouldnt be able to fulfill my order and many other peoples either..To be honest i have bought some pretty fabulous stuff from this once fab site over the years so i am disappointed and a bit sad.I just wish they hadnt waited till taking my money when in reality they must have realised i wasn't going to receive the order.very underhand.oh well,just another lovely little business down the pan,its such a pity.

As others have stated 46 days I have been waiting, I have had loads of excuses from moving warehouse to order is dispatched from two different ware houses to my order was duplicated so all got cancelled to the very latest excuse that they have been burgled so looks like I ain’t getting my order or refund, absolute joke of a company enjoy my bit of money you obviously need it more then me. Ordered a sideboard in December 2022. It arrived damaged and reported immediately. Promises of a new sideboard and then a refund from February and still waiting! 6 months and I still get ‘excuses’. Avoid!!!! Will be contacting trading standards.

I’m awaiting on two orders, totalling over £150…
Being fobbed off with the same email about supplier’s letting them down, shipping problem etc.
I’m now convinced this company is not legit and is simply taking money under false advertising!

This company is awful 6 weeks and still waiting for 3 items to be delivered.
Been given every excuse, moved warehouse and can't get to the stock. Be delivered next week, no show. Be delivered Wednesday, no show.
Excuse after excuse. But they have the money. Now I have to wait 6 days for a refund???? I'm not holding my breath. Its nothing more than theft.
I am going to trading standards and watchdog as it is simply all lies. VERY DISAPPOINTED. They making interest on customers money, as you can see by the reviews loads of people are having this same problem.

I made a purchase of two Marrakech lamps at a price of £144 in early March app they were delivered which I never received. I contacted them to let them know this and the excuses I have had in replacing them is ridiculous. Apparently it was awaiting stock and they would be dispatched at the end of the week they weren’t then they moved warehouse and would be dispatched that week they weren’t then it was something else then something else and I email them every other day for an update and it’s another excuse … Don’t think I’ll ever receive them. I have asked on numerous occasions for a refund to be ignored and told that when stock arrives they will be dispatched. I have bought lots from this company with a ridiculous wait time on my items but I have always gave them the benefit of the doubt as I live in Northern Ireland but I will never ever ever shop with them again ….. AVOID AVOID AVOID can’t wait for another lie to my latest email or a reply on here with more excuses

Not one for writing reviews, however I feel this one is needed - ordered an item on the 10th April which is for a birthday present that is this weekend and the delivery showed 3-5 working days, 5-7 working days maximum so plenty of time
Within the first 3 weeks I had no emails from the company regarding the item not being in stock (even though it’s still available online to this day) and only until I chased, i was told there was going to be a delay in their stock and they should be in the next week - week later comes and still no updates/shipment details so another chaser gets sent and to be told ‘oh we’ve moved offices/warehouse and it’ll be another week’ - another week comes and I get told the stock is in and it’ll get shipped out before the end of last week.
Happy days…. However i then chase up at the end of last week to ask for tracking details to be given the best response so far…. The stock that came in has already ran out and your order hasn’t been allocated to the stock (despite telling them how urgent it is) so we are having to reorder some for delivery this week!!
I have tried chasing them three times this week to be assured the order will be delivered and not a single reply/acknowledgment and when ringing the number on their website, no one answer me as ‘they’re all busy in the warehouse’ (automated reply)

It’s a very poorly run company and they’ve shown no customer service/support to resolve this or provide any refund/recompense given the circumstances, and whilst the products look decent quality, after this experience i wouldn’t recommend to anyone who needs things like this and will have go through my bank to get this refunded (even though I want the item)

I've been waiting since March the sixth for an item I ordered for mothers day waited and waited did not arrive only to be told they can't get stock so was asked to pick another item so was what I did a month on still no item 3 months now and still no goods been given many excuses and empty promises have ordered from them before with no problems but this time they have been very poor and customer service was not very good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have never written a review before, but had too. Ordered to lamps on 31st March. Was not a pre-order item. I’ve emailed/text and to this day STILL no delivery. Excuses upon excuses and won’t refund. Been told broken into/system updates blah blah, worst company I’ve ever bought from. Now raising a charge from my credit card as the lamps were not cheap!
