I can say so much about Olivia. I reached out to her last year about a custom piece that I wanted reflect my heart/life/person. I've always been drawn to her work and it was a dream for me that she responded that she would design the piece!
Olivia has excellent communication via email (I'm live U.S. We stayed in constant contact) asked about style/sizing/placement; anything and everything. I felt comfortable, confident, but more importantly excited! The piece she designed for me was more than incredible, to me, it's perfect! She is an amazing person and artist I recommend her a million! Thank you so much Olivia for your time and talent!<3

In 2019, I commissioned her for a custom tattoo. I even paid full because I fully trusted her. Over the course of 2 years I tried to get a hold of her. She said she sent me something but I never received anything. Then she says she'll refund me in installments. Never did. I tried to reach out to her many times and was tired of the back and forth and eventually gave up on ever seeing my money again because I didn't want to deal with the attitude she had. When I contacted her a year and a half after paying her telling her she has taken money from me and hasn't giving me anything back, her first response was very immature. She said, "There's no need to speak to me like that. I'm a human being". My email was super respectful and polite. It didn't warrant that response. She seemed to just be upset about being held accountable. It's a fact that she just took my money and for nothing in return. Simply stating that doesn't mean I'm not treating her like a human being. Though her work is really pretty, her business ethics are terrible and there are plenty of other good tattoo artists out there.

I had a vision for my first big piece and Olivia really helped me bring it to life! She listened to my idea and developed in into a gorgeous piece of artwork incorporating everything I wanted. On the days itself she was really kind and mindful of how long it was going to take. Kept checking on me and we had a blast chatting away. I felt so at ease with her. The studio itself was immaculate and the ambience was perfect. The whole experience felt really individualized and personal. Her aftercare advice kept the tattoo fresh and I am so happy with the finished piece. Will be back for more!

I am an almost 50 year old first timer and had so much anxiety about getting the tattoo done. But I honestly cannot thank Liv enough for the entire experience. She is a beautiful person with warmth and empathy that instantly put me at ease. I was literally moved to tears in the process and couldn’t be happier with the result. I had the best experience with Olivia! She reworked an existing tattoo which I was struggling to envision & she got it right first time!! I was made to feel really comfortable and felt at ease to communicate anything I wasn’t sure about. An incredible artist and person who I’ll no doubt book in with again someday.

Awful experience. Rude, arrogant, absolutely no customer service. She took a long time to get the image to me and was very unsympathetic to my issue. If I could have had a refund I would. Feel as though I don’t want her tattoo on my body. Avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed

Olivia has been fantastic. From the moment I reached out seven months ago, everything about the process has been spot on. I’d done a lot of research into fine line tattooing and her work really stood out—clean, detailed, and consistently beautiful. So when I saw she was guesting in Cornwall, I jumped at the chance.

She designed a custom piece just for me, took time to explain everything clearly, and made sure I had space to ask questions or tweak anything before we started. Nothing felt rushed or transactional—just professional, calm, and genuinely thoughtful.

On top of that, she’s just great to be around. Easy to talk to, completely down to earth, and clearly passionate about what she does.

Let’s be absolutely clear. I haven’t simply bought a tattoo from Liv. I haven’t even only bought a really lovely experience getting it done. And I’ll come back to both of those. Really what I have bought from Liv is a statement, a visible and physical sign that I do not have to grow old gracefully.

Let me explain; and this really matters because Liv’s warmth and energy has been crucial to me.

I am entering the second half of my 50s, and my skin is wrinkling and starting to fall off my bones. I will happily admit I’m a bit frumpy, and I’m carrying quite a bit more weight than I should be or want to be. No pity party here, just setting the scene for all the reasons why I could easily talk myself out of a tattoo, especially as I have just one tiny tattoo so far, from a decade ago…and for all the reasons why Liv has worked a miracle in helping me rebuild some body confidence.

First up, conversing with Liv by email in the run-up to my appointment. Her genuine desire to make people feel good about themselves was palpable. And my apprehensive arrival in the studio – seriously, not a natural habitat for me - was like meeting an old friend. A warm hug, and a greeting that really struck me: “make yourself comfortable, this is your home for the day“.

Liv showed endless patience and enviable talent in working through a bespoke design for me. And then I found myself feeling more comfortable than I could ever have predicted about spending a few hours in my knickers, legs akimbo at times!, having my upper thigh tattooed!

Her touch is remarkably gentle; no pain, no physical discomfort, and emotionally such a safe place to look and feel vulnerable.

And ultimately, my new artwork on my skin – which technically will outlive me! – is simply beautiful. It is elegant, classy, and yet sexy as hell. Trust me, that is an immeasurable gift to me at this stage of life. I see myself differently, somehow.

I guess what I’m trying to say is this – you are not just buying a tattoo from Liv, though you will get a beautiful one. You are not even just buying an experience from Liv, though you will get an experience quite unlike any other tattooist. You are buying a package which is, from start to finish and beyond, going to make you feel better about yourself than you might have imagined. She’s an artist, a visionary entrepreneur, and a friend you haven’t met yet.

Before I had even left the studio, I had booked to get my next one, next month. This time one of Liv’s existing designs (beauty in more of a budget!), showing a flower becoming more and more stunning as it opens through four stages….and it is going to remind me every single day that I might now be entering the final quarter of my life, but the best is yet to come. Can’t wait! Thank you Liv.

Had such a lovely first tattoo experience with Liv. I was greeted so warmly and made to feel at ease, she took the time to listen and work with me to create an amazing design. The tattoo itself was a breeze - I didn't know what I'd been so worried about beforehand once she'd started! It took a couple of hours, I was completely comfortable during that time and I was left with a beautiful tattoo that I love ❤️ all aftercare information was provided by email after, and the healing process was much smoother than I expected it to be, not one itch was had. I will be loving this forevermore!

Would not hesitate to recommend Liv to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo. If she's ever back in Southampton again I will be booking in for more 🙂

Do not go to Olivia. Complete con artist, she charged me £420 for an appointment which only lasted 40mins, despite already paying £320 prior to the appointment. Olivia failed to inform me of the additional cost on top of what I had already paid. The tattoo I had was about the size of a 10p - outrageous for what she did. Do not go to her. The communication was horrendous from start to finish. Steer clear! I am now spending even more money getting the tattoo removed because I have been traumatised by the entire experience.

Olivia was so friendly, made me feel super comfortable and welcomed and her artwork is incredible! So worth the wait!

Had a super lovely time being tattooed by Olivia. She was very thoughtful with the placement of my tattoos, and I never felt like I was an inconvenience if I wanted anything changed!

Olivia made the process of getting our first ever tattoos easy right from the start. She listened to our wishes and was patient and accommodating with tweaks we wanted to make to the design. On the day, she was a calm presence and made us feel really comfortable. The studio is lovely too. The tattooing was painless and we actually really enjoyed it! So happy with the results!
