Olivia made some gorgeous fine details for my tattoo which I loved and I’m so happy with the end result. I can’t stop looking at my tattoo, it’s exactly what I asked for! Olivia was absolutely brilliant. Three family members came for our first tattoo and Olivia made it a lovely experience. The studio is beautiful and relaxing. Olivia put us at ease, was friendly and just so lovely. The contact before the appointment was great and the design options were all beautiful. Olivia is amazing!! I recently had a tattoo designed by her for my three kids with their birth flower and names in the stem…I gave her a pretty vague brief but she absolutely smashed it, the design is stunning and the end tattoo even more so!! Olivia is the loveliest lady ever, she makes you feel at home when you are in her studio!The studio itself if WOAH, beautiful and makes you feel relaxed during your visit! The tattoo its self is BEAUTIFUL. I am more than in love! I have never had so many compliments over a tattoo before, everyone is asking where I have had it done and booking in! I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo done by Olivia @ Anthologie Tattoo, and I could not be happier! I have followed her work for years, back to when she just designed tattoos. To my surprise she had a Guest spot in my hometown, so I couldn't not get booked in with her. From start to finish, Olivia was not only an incredibly talented artist, but also a beautiful human being. The intricate detailing on my tattoo is simply stunning. The design turned out exactly as I had hoped for, capturing all the elements I mentioned to her perfectly. Beyond the beautiful artwork, Olivia made the entire process enjoyable. Her professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor put me straight at ease, making the session a memorable one. Olivia is amazing - she kept me updated throughout the whole design and booking process, answered any questions that I had, was flexible about booking dates etc.
The custom design was based on my wedding flowers and it was absolute perfection and she spent a lot of time with me beforehand making sure the size and placement were just right.
Olivia was kind and really easy to talk to and made me feel really comfortable through the whole session.
I would definitely go again if I ever wanted another design!

Olivia may be a talented artist, but a businesswoman she is not. I wish I could give zero stars.

Long story short(ish), I had zero communication with her after paying a fee for a custom design. I contacted her several times in the run up to my appointment, asking her to clarify her design process, and was ignored. I sent a final email 24 hours before my appointment, and I got a response late that evening. At this point, I was uncontactable, so I did not receive her message until the following morning, by which time she had sent several rambling lists of excuses that it seems she gives to everyone for her poor communication. I find this highly unprofessional, we all have lives to live and problems to deal with, but hers seemingly continue to cause her issues with running her business. Funny how it seems OK for her to ignore your messages, but if you don't reply to her instantly, you get a barrage from her.

At this point, we were a few hours away from my appointment and hadn't even discussed the design I wanted, never mind started on the design. I politely requested a refund as I was not willing to have a design rushed and permanently tattooed on me, and we were now out of time. I contacted several other tattoo artists and none of them work in this way. All of them start the design and have some discussions with you beforehand.

Olivia stated that I had paid a non-refundable deposit, but as another reviewer has mentioned, consumer law states that 'non-refundable deposits must be a small percentage of the overall payment'. The fee for the custom design was £150, which I paid in full, and that is the fee Olivia is claiming is non-refundable. This is 100% of the overall cost, and therefore against consumer law.

When I pointed this out to her, she stated that '£150 is not a deposit, its the design fee which is due in full, as the piece is created prior to the appointment, not at the appointment'.

She contradicts herself constantly. One minute, it is a non-refundable deposit. When you point out the illegality of that, she says it is a fee for a design. A design I still have not received. Since she has now admitted that the money I paid was for the design, and not a non-refundable deposit, I am taking her to court to get this money back as she herself has admitted she is wrong.

For someone who states she doesn't have much time because of the many businesses she chooses to open, and the children she chooses to have, she sure finds enough time to write long rambling responses to these reviews, showing her true character. I shall not be responding, but will update my review with the outcome of the court case so that anyone else in the same position might be encouraged to bring a claim against her and not allow her to keep getting away with this.

Where do I start? I had been wanting to get tattooed by Olivia for about 3 years but never got around to it. I decided to go for it this year as a birthday gift to myself, and it is easily the most beautiful tattoo I have ever seen.

I asked Olivia to design something special for me, something which incorporated my love for Jasmine flowers and showcased Olivia’s unique ornamental style of tattooing. After having a cup of tea and a cruffin at her cafe next door, named Sonder (cutest cafe ever, everyone needs to go here at least once, perfect for a pre-tattoo treat) I met Olivia at Anthologie Studio and she made me feel at ease immediately. Olivia showed me my custom design, which quite simply was spot on and exactly what I had asked for, better than how I had pictured it.

Olivia’s tattooing technique is very light and gentle, and the needle itself you can barely hear which I found quite comforting. We alternated between chatting about different things and comfortable silence while she worked her magic on my hip. A short break for lunch was taken, which gave me a chance to get myself something to eat and drink for the second half of my tattoo.

When I saw my finished tattoo at the end of the session I was speechless. Everything from the placement, fine lines, shading and floral details is just so beautiful. I genuinely cannot stop looking at my tattoo, and the bonus is there is no redness, itching or soreness, which I attribute to Olivia’s technique.

So, if anyone has been thinking about getting a tattoo by Olivia. Don’t think, just do it! Such a beautiful person inside and out.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first tattoo. Olivia’s studio is cosy, relaxed and friendly. She is an extremely talented confident artist with a welcoming smile. I knew I was in safe hands and her attention to hygiene and aftercare made my appointment with her stress free. Highly recommend!

I had a hip piece done by Olivia today and it is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever laid my eyes on. I have followed Olivia for a very long time on Instagram and finally but the bullet and booked in. I just wish I did it sooner. She is so talented and skilful and I am so happy that I will carry this piece on me for the rest of my time. So much so that I booked in on the spot for another tattoo on my spine in a few weeks.

Aside from the actual tattoo itself, her studio is so beautiful and she was so welcoming and kind. I felt at ease and looked after the whole time. Which was perfect as I was so anxious before going, but that immediately went away as soon as I walked through the door.

I can’t wait to come back in a few weeks to see what else she has in store for me!

Getting tattooed by Olivia is like hanging out with an old friend. She made me feel very comfortable and had spent time making some lovely designs for me. Thank you for your time and patience and I look forward to another session soon.

Olivia is not only the most incredible artist, she is the kindest soul. She created a design so beautiful and beyond my expectations and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. She was extremely gentle and I didn’t feel any pain at all! She also suggested tweaks to the design which made it look even more amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my tattoos!

I had a such a lovely experience with Olivia today having my daughters name and d.o.b tattooed. We went through what type of fonts to have and what was the right size for me. After Olivia wanted to make sure that the stencil was in the correct position and as straight as possible on the side of my wrist and ribs and I love them so much!! They barely hurt whilst being tattooed!! I would definitely recommend Olivia and would love her to do another tattoo in the future!!

I had the best experience getting a tattoo from Olivia. Her designs are gorgeous and unique and she's extremely patient and gentle when tattooing. She's also just such a lovely person, I'm so unbelievably happy with my tattoo and already thinking about when to book in for my next with her!

Olivia was really great, I had been looking for a tattooist for a long time to do a piece in memory of my daughter. She was more than happy to do what I want and she design something so elegant and delicate. It was perfect. She was helpful, friendly and lovely.
