Had a slight issue no big deal but refunded straight away

Since Olixar insists on paying for the cheapest shipping possible, they weren't even aware that their packages arrive via UPS-to-USPS. When I explained that the address I gave them would work for UPS and not USPS they were surprised and completely unhelpful. Luckily I was able to waste half a day that I will never get back, going to my local post office and begging for their help. Then once I had the package in hand, all of the glass protectors that I ordered we broken. One of the worst experiences with online ordering to date.

Just what I wanted, good quality too

The phone cover is of reasonable quality but offers very little protection round the edges an in particular no protection on the top and bottom edge.

More annoyingly the magnetic closure is attached to the left hand side (when open) and flips closed on to the bottom (phone facing upwards). This is opposite to every other wallet phone case I have owned or can find. Accordingly I have now ditched this case as I find it too awkward to use, and have bought one that opens the correct way.

My bad for not checking that you ship outside the EU, but Still not a great experience for having to go though the customs system.

Nowhere is clearly stated that the Olixar shop is a UK Origin what means customs duties and unwanted additional taxes for EU customers. The whole ordering process is in Euro currency which leads to the conclusion that we deal with EU shop.

It was kind of a nightmare trying to find a screen protector for my phone, thinking I'd finally found one that didn't cost half a fortune I bought it after very shallow research into the company. Before purchasing it seemed to me that full refunds would be given no questions asked. That was naïve. I accidentally bought the wrong size. Only figured this out once I opened the packaging. Now, after battling the shabby mobile refund request page and after another good 15 minutes of reading (what seems to be intentionally confusing terms and conditions vis a vis returns) I've found out that I won't be able to get a refund. :) Lesson learnt the hard way. :)

I order two glass protectors so i would have a spare one. I fitted as instructed and after a day the the protector comes away from screen and you can just flick it off with your finger nail, I have tried both of them now, I have used other brands on other phones and once they have been used for a few years you cant get them off without breaking the protector. These olixar glass screen have very poor adhesive on them. So i am very disapointed in spending $50.00.
