I will never be using omni capital. I paid full on 6 months instalments for SKN treatments. The company has gone out of business and they are not being helpful as I was only half way through treatments.
To add to all the chaos. I have received an email from omnicapital that I have not paid my recent instalments. This is adding to all the stress.
Not reliable at all

The positive side is that emails come through with lightening speed asking for the next item of information. However, all of this information could have been asked at the outset. For example, it must be standard that 3 months bank statements are required and that the potential client's mortgage status is known, so why not ask for these right at the beginning? I received close to a dozen emails from 'Omniport' (whoever they are) in 48 hours. One would have been sufficient. Also, the on-line portal is definitely not "easy to use". If it weren't for the patience of Nahan who guided me through the process, I would have failed completely.

Very simple application process, no issues at all, except for my own technical dibbiness.

Used omni capital for pay for laser hair at sk:n. They are having nothing to do with the business closing so I am out of pocket for treatments I don’t receive!

I needed to pay my medical bill (Christie Hospital) it's the reason I paid £10 less.

Because I committed felony after all, are you going to the court for making the payment, previously it was about not making any payments.

And I changed details by phone last month, including my phone number so you haven't called and making the automatic email response making from me a person who is not paying is low, even for a debt agency.

Update -> I used your email address - you tend to not responding.

SK:N Clinic cease trading and was told much pay off the whole thing anyway regardless not getting the service! over £1000 gone!!!!!

What a joke! Should protect your consumer!

So disappointed no support following announcement the skn clinics have ceased trading , basically told I just have to pay them regardless of no service received and no help at all £510 down the drain !!!!

The process is straightforward, you get a decision within 5 minutes. Application is easy to complete, nothing complicated at all.
I will definitely recommend to friends

I'm commenting only the process of applying for a loan, which was easy, with only essential questions and not too much reading to do. The loan itself was approved within about a minute of submitting my online application.
