I ordered a shed two months ago through shed.co.uk and used their finance company my order was not processed for two weeks on day 14 I cancelled the contract and asked for my deposit back. Omni informed me that I would receive a refund as soon as shed cancelled the credit agreement and confirmed that I had not received the shed. After cancelling the contract I was informed that I should receive a refund within 7 to 10 working days today is day 12 and I still have not received my money this is a joke, I do not recommend using their services, they are simply scammers...

A super easy way to apply for finance and if I read it right you can pay over your direct debit amount if you choose the shorter term loan options as there's no interest agreement! EXCELLENT if you ask me, that way you can get it paid faster If you have the extra money some months! =)

Sorry to tell happen with me with this omni capital fin is a long storey they are charging me for a driving course i never did after they have collect money from me they now come back that am still owing them £2,300? this was like a trap the company is very bad with customer services if you called they never answer they want to rush end up in a big mess they are not reliable to deal with please be care full when involving yourselves with these cruit people after this why asking BPO debit collect to contact me which i have let them know in the first places I want to go to court? I regret my advise to others please if see this company omni capital please run away is a bad financial company the will ruin your life,

I have rang Omni Capital and spoken to various different support line and there is no way for me to stop paying for my loan which will not end until December for a service I am not receiving from Skin Clinic because they have gone bust. There is no protection for the customer and how can they justify this. There is no information on the government website other than “speak to the finance company”. I am now paying £1,800 for a loan/goods that I’m not even receiving. This has caused distress and anxiety as it was a big decision to make to buy this package from our hard earned money and then there are companies like Omni where they don’t even protect you. What a joke, if I ever get into position to buy a package again and if it is through Omni, I will never ever make that mistake again. Please just refund us and have some humanity.

I took out a recent loan for treatments at Skn Clinic, the company has now collapsed. I called Omni Capital who clearly didn't care and were incredibly rude!!! No sympathy whatsoever, seems like they knew this was going to happen and protected themselves. Avoid this company!!!!
