We have been with OneCall continuously for the past 5 years. Always amazing service for all our cars in the household.

Today I spoke to LB3 for renewal and an excellent 10 stars service, well done Lydia! The great thing about OneCall is our VIP Premiums go down every year.

Their 3 year VIP Premium club price fix is superb, we highly recommend the package.

All in all Lydia and her colleagues that I have spoken with are extremely helpful and a great assets to the company. Thank you! Keep up your excellent service Lydia.

I called to sort out my renewal as my credit card company changed my card and I wanted to get a review of the price. OS3 answered my call, was very polite and helpful, had to send my query for underwriting review, but called me back promptly as promised and efficiently renewed my policy with an appropriate reduction in premium. Very good customer service, thank you!

EC6 - Had a lovely call from one of their agents this morning, what a great way to start a relationship with a new insurance provider. The girl was perfectly polite and made me feel instantly comfortable. The call was no longer than it needed to be and the call ended with me feeling positive about the choice of company to take over my house insurance.

I have just renewed my home insurance and contents, for the third year. I was pleased with the cost having reviewed the other web sites which you do not see the add ons until you deal with the company. The staff member I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, polite and explained everything clearly.
