Having had a car written off (through no fault of my own) I had the usual contacts to make with the Insurance Company, Hire Car etc (not always the most pleasant conversations to have when you're in pain laid up recovering in bed!)
Rea was the employee RB1 that I spoke to about my insurance. She sympathised with my situation and got straight down to business to make the relevant changes on my policy.
I was on heavy medication but she explained everything at a pace and level I was comfortable with and summarised it all at the end.
Rea's customer service skills are exceptional and a credit to One Call.
After the service Rea provided, I will have no hesitation in recommending One Call as the Insurance company to sign up with.

The customer services that attended to me was very friendly, cautious and helpful in helping me to sort out my issues. She was Julienne and she showed patience in dealing with me. I will like to speak to her or deal with her next time I want to add another car insurance. Her services were appreciated. Kind regards
