The lady I spoke to you about my bike insurance was really helpful and friendly. She went through everything, took her time and made sure I understood everything. Great customer service.

Szymon was very helpful dealing with my issue today. He was extremely polite and secured a refund on one of my policies.

The downside has been finding the correct number to call but I got there today, after spending several days last week unsuccessfully

Jk7 Julie Anne was a fantastic help for me in sorting out a provider which kept me insured within the same company. She called me back as discussed to confirm she had sourced my comprehensive insurance cover within the time frames suggested and slowly read the terms and conditions etc at a pace I could follow and understand. 10/10 for her commitment to helping me.

Good price, easy to get, lucky i never had to make a claim so can't comet on their performance. unfortunately the price went up on renewal , same as all insurance companies.

Just renewed with One Call. Spoke with the Live Chat over the weekend to see if they could match a renewal from a competitor, but it was so complicated, so thought I’d try speaking to someone instead. Today I spoke to AW4, who was friendly, patient and professional, and did their utmost to match the competitive quote. I asked lots and lots of questions, and their responses were always clear and not at all cloudy. Ultimately, I am renewing with One Call for another year
