They dont answer the phone

I have been hanging on for 18:40 minutes so far today and this is probably my fourth or fifith attempt to get through - all similarly long and unsuccessful
emails arent answered either

Poor customer service

I recently ordered some bird food, spending over £35 to qualify for free delivery. I then received an email asking for a further £14, as the items were not covered by the free delivery offer. I had to search in terms and conditions for this caveat: it really should appear on the home page.

I have made two failed attempts to get through to an advisor, calls lasting 15 minutes and three hours respectively, I realise that in early December staff may be stretched but I just do not believe the recorded message, "all our other operators are busy . . please hold."

Somewhat like the Curate's egg

I ordered 5 6 foot batten lamps. Nothing happened within the first 24 hours, the items were only shipped after I had chased the order; coincidence? The order was passed to UPS for shipment - BAD DECISION. The items had been well packed and labelled (Fragile) by OneClick but UPS had covered all this good work with black tape so that their label would be more easily visible. The result was that when the items arrived 2 were useable, two I could fix and one was beyond repair. The good news is that once I reported this to OneClick I was immediately reimbursed for I item. So on balance 7 out of 10 for OneClick 0 out of 10 for UPS.

Very bad customer service

I placed a order online and was waiting several days for my medication. Received an email that my order was cancelled. no reason given. when I called up was told the bottles were too heavy to ship? the order was cancelled but no refund issued. had to chase for refund and am assured today will receive in 3-5 days, fifteen days after placing order. wasted more than an hour of my time

Very Good Indeed 4* Service

I was sceptical to order at first, as the website did not look proessional, but I took my chances and so glad I did. My goods arrived in good time and I was overwhelmed.

They Ignore you

I didn't receive any instructions with my goods. I have phoned and e-mailed numerous times but there is no response. Do not use this company at any price. There is no customer service they just ignore you completely. They are a waste of our money.

One of the worst internet shopping experiences ever!

Although their prices are some of the best around, and being one of the few places where I could get Super Pet Critter Trail accessories, I don't think I will ever shop with them again. For a start their website is so slow, poorly designed and hard to navigate. I Initially ordered an add on for my 7 year olds hamster cage and then realised that I needed an extra tube to go with it. Instead of placing a 2nd order and paying £2+ postage on a £1 tube I decided to add this to my existing order.
I emailed the company explaining what I would like to do, and despite their claims of responding to emails within 12 hours (yeah right!) it was more like 3 or 4 days before I even received a reply back from them, and during this time they had put the original order on hold. When they did eventually get back to me requesting the additional payment, I made the additional payment of £2.20 I think literally within minutes of receiving their request. Despite this, it was still a further week before they acknowledged this payment and sent the goods!!!

Absolute cowboys.

I would not buy anything from them again and would rather pay £2 or £3 extra to buy elsewhere.

Slow, items not in stock, zero customer service

I ordered a bird table, on the website it said immediate dispatch, after a week of trying to contact them I get told the item was out of stock and that's why it was taking so long. The replies are standard, not personal, they know what they are up to! I left feedback which wasn't positive, they asked me if I would consider removing it. I didn't. However, my feedback seems to have disappeared, and they have asked for some more. Well here it is guys! P.s, the item was a great price, just be honest about your delivery times and try responding to customer queries and you will be ok.......

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order and expected delivery within a few days as per their website. I did receive tracking information which was for a different person at a different address in a different country. So yes my order was signed for but not by me. I confirmed with UPS the error and they gave me the name and address of the person who had taken delivery of my order. UPS were as helpful as they could be but I had to go back to oneclick for a resolution. Despite a dozen emails, a multitude of unanswered calls (still never had one call actually answered and even their order line was ignored for over an hour), a 12 page fax with proof of their delivery error and a letter sent through the post stating my case I had very little joy. I had various replies to my emails confirming my order had been delivered correctly (how can delivering it to England as opposed to Scotland be delivering it correctly). I was in effect accused of being a little stupid for not understanding them, it was suggested to me I had more than 1 order with them (surely I know it's one order that they can't get right).

I finally received an email from someone confirming it was their mistake and I did get my order (over 4 weeks after placing it) with granted an apology of sorts. On receipt of my order (which was the one that had been delivered incorrectly as it still had the other delivery details on it) I emailed him back to ask for a full explanation as to how this could have happened in the first place and what reassurance could they give me that it would not happen again if I were to place any further orders. Needless to say I have heard nothing since so will put no further business their way and would advise everyone to stay well clear of this company. At least I got my order eventually but many others never seem to and how could you get any returns back to them if there was a faulty item etc etc.

Dismal Customer Service

Quick to take my money even though the item I ordered was not in stock. I only found this out when asking where it was ! This is actually illegal as illustrated in the distance selling legislation and this company clearly dont bother about sticking to the rules.
My item eventually arrived after many many e mails which were only answered after 3 or 4 days despite the claim to reply within 24 hours. In addition my comments were either ignored or misconstrued, as the responses did not address my complaint.
I would'nt dream of ever using this totally rubbish crew again and would advise others to think carefully before doing so,.

Very bad - no item, when it finally arrived it was all damaged

Horrible - I will never use them again. Bought an item - they said it will arrive in 4 days. After 2 weeks I was still chasing for it and they said I had to wait 14 days to escalate it to "lost in transit" (even though they haven't even dispatched it at that time). The item came within the month - all smashed up and damaged. I won't waste any more of my time - luckily didn't spend a lot of money (the item was cheaper than their delivery charges!!).

Anyway, don't use, unless you are feeling lucky.

Do not use, EVER

Terrible 'service'. Advertise goods as in stock when they aren't but quite willing to debit you immediately which is dreadful in my opinion.

7.5/10 is A LIE, THIS COMPANY IS A CON

The products they say are in stock are not actually in stock at all. I wasted two weeks waiting for an order. I tried to call- DONT CALL THEM- i wasted a fiver on listening to the most annoying machine operator and nobody answered in 13 minutes when my money ran out. the girl through e-mail was actually nice enough (harriet) and did reply soonish after the the first email wait, but only to say, yeah what i told you about it being there in three days was a lie, I still dont have the product and will not have it indefinitely. useless over reaching corporation- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Now its the fun part where i buy from somebody else and hope the refund comes through before i have to pay rent if at all.

avoid like plague, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order £56 worth of goods. (New Habitrail Loft hamster cage plus food etc etc). Never received goods- the courier they used got a signature from someone unknown to me, left no card and after many attempts to get through to their non existent customer service dept (no phone no at first, have to wait for approx 1 week for a reply to email!!) and then many attempts(unsuccessful) to get through on the phone number they finally provided I have been told they will not refund as a signature has been given. So- no card left, no goods and One Click Pharmacy in their almighty wisdom have decided I am not entitled to a refund despite me enquiriing about where my order is for approx 1 month. Going through Visa to attempt to get refund as clearly broken Distance Selling rules. RESULT- 1 very angry frustrated mum, 1 very upset little one who was waiting for her cage. I have had to fork out again via a local company and am forced to wait for my bank to try and claim it back from them. DISGUSTED.

I came to Oneclickpharmacy via eBay for dog chews of all things..their fast service is second to none and their prices are highly competitive. Lots of good stuff for pets. And humans!

Would not recommend this company

Very unreliable service, paid £7 or £8 for next day delivery for an antibiotic eye ointment which I needed to be delivered next day as I was going away the following day. The item wasn't delivered next day and 2 days later I got an email saying the product was going to be delayed, they still charged me for a next day delivery service tho. When I contacted customer services to say I wanted it cancelled I got an abrubt email back saying u can't cancel it so I then had to try and ask for the delivery money back. In the end I got £2 refund on delivery and received the ointment over a week later when I didn't even need it anymore. Terrible service in every way possible!!! Would not recommend in any way!!!!
