STAY CLEAR OF ONECLICKPHARMACY!
This is by far the most unreliable company I have dealt with. After I placed my order I didn't get any confirmation or communication at all. After a week I sent them a message in the eBay messaging program, asking whether the item was sent yet or not. This mail went unanswered. After another week, I got what seemed to be an automatic mail in my e-mail inbox, asking me to give feedback for my recent purchase - this was the first I heard from the company at all!
I replied by asking, again, whether they had sent it yet or not, and in case they hadn't I would prefer a refund instead. A day later I got my response, saying that the item now had been shipped, and it therefore was to late to give a refund (after reading a few of the other reviews of late I can see that many have been/are in the same situation as me). I had specific needs when it came to the shipping method (in which I specified when ordering the item), which of course was neither taken into account nor did they contact me about it prior to shipping. I have now been in a "mail feud" with the company for over a week regarding both the time of shipping and customer service. The customer service staff ARE NOT HELPFUL, and doesn't even try to satisfy/correct their errors - they are good at making apologies for me not being satisfied though! Another extremely frustrating point is that it takes between 2-3 days before you get an answer by mail. This makes it even more frustrating when you send a long and detailed mail, only to get a very short reply which doesn't answer my questions.
I would gladly pay a much higher amount to a company that know how to treat their customers. This company is just rubbish. How they have 7,5 out of 10 on average customer rating is a mystery to me...
RUBBISH SERVICE
One Click Pharmacy messed up the despatch of my order. The insufficently packaged products arrived smashed. They promised a full refund and also promised an inducement to withdraw a negative feedback I had left on Amazon.
This is over one month ago. No refund has been received. OneClick do not respond to any e-mails.
The company is a con, I will never deal with them again.
Excellent Prices But Be patient
The website was easy to follow and I found exactly what I needed.
There was a discount for bulk buying, email communications were good and regular.
The only thing I would comment on is the delivery time was longer than I expected,
but it was worth saving the money.
Delivery took a bit long, but t got here in the end.
The initial to dispatch time was a lot longer then I had thought it would be. It was just as well that I wasn't really in any particular sort of hurry for my order, because the delivery also took much longer than specified.
Terrible company would not use them again
I ordered a broom that was supposed to be in stock after 2 weeks waiting I emailed them they replied they did not have enough stock to complete my order so they were waiting for more. I pointed out to them that I only wanted 1 broom so asked for a full refund. They then replied they could not refund as the item had been dispatched it arrived a few days later

Awful company terrible service
Much like the other reviews before mine the company had not processed my order for over two weeks. When I questioned this I was informed that some of the items were out of stock despite the website saying that they were in stock. I received no correspondence from them to let me know. There was a distinct lack of customer service and according to this company first class delivery takes 15 days! I finally had the order delivered 3 weeks later. I would never use this company again and would discourage anyone else from using them too. Cheap products but everything else about them is also cheap.

Order took over three weeks to arrive, even though the website stated orders would be dispatched first class, queried the order twice and it took over a week to respond to me!!

Waste of time
I ordered an item and 5 days later when i questioned why the order had not even been picked yet, the reply was that the item was out of stock(not mentioned when they took my payment) and would be dispatched soon. 3 days later and still no order but countless emails saying my query was in a queue. Waste of time , ordered from another company and received the next day
What service?
I had an irritation in my right eye. It turned out that it was a bacterial infection. Nothing to bad. I had been recommend the correct product and for convenience ordered it online with Oneclickpharmacy.co.uk . Nearly four weeks later my eye has got better but with no help to the product as it did not arrive. The tracking system they operate is clearly rubbish and no one seems to know where the eye cream is. I have asked for a refund but as yet no money has been refunded. If you have an urgent requirement for a specific problem buy it directly from a shop! It's not worth the hassle and stress when you are waiting for something that may never arrive!
Cheap but slow to deliver
The website was easy to order from and the product was by far the cheapest I found, however delivery was very slow and no communication to give me an idea why the item took longer than suggested on the site. The tracking info just said that item was in my area due for delivery, but it sais that for 5 working days... delivery in total took 15 working days instead of 3-5 working days. so ok so long as your not desperate for item to be delivered, we were, so was a little disappointing.
Good prices but way behind the competition on customer service
I compared prices on a number of items and Oneclickpharmacy came up cheapest on several. I was able to split my order over 3 suppliers.
I received my goods but long after the other suppliers had delivered. They took 2 and 3 days respectively. Oneclick took almost two weeks.
The worst thing is that I received no order acknowledgement, no despatch notification, in fact no communication at all. When I looked on their website tracking service it said that the goods had been sitting at my local mail sorting office for several days which was simply not true. I e-mailed and asked where my order was and got a reply two days later saying I should wait as it wasn't yet late enough to report it lost in transit.
I buy a lot online and this must be the only company I know that doesn't communicate with you at all. Ultimately I don't think I will order again as saving a bit on price just isn't worth it for the extremely late delivery and complete lack of communication.
Dreadful. Took a month to dispatch
Waited and waited for my parcel. Assumed it was lost. Only to receive an email a MONTH after ordering saying it had been dispatched. No apology, no communication, no refund for postage.
Being a pharmacy this is ridiculous as it's supposed to be for medicine and they assuming you are ill this is not acceptable.

- Edit - To add to this just opened the box.... despite the completely bloated amount of packaging one of the items is still completely squished as it was packed underneath all the bubble wrap and in contact with the bottom of the box! Unintelligent!
Very slow delivery time
I ordered a travel hair dryer, the price was the cheapest online (just). It took 3 weeks for it to arrive. I emailed them but heard nothing back. I would NEVER use this company again I'd rather pay £1 more and have the item in a couple of days.

A few problems, took weeks to confirm my order when it was in stock, eventually checked up to find out it wasn't in stock, still took my money, decided not to cancel it and eventually after a few more weeks it arrived, very little communication from them but they were pleasant when they did write to me lol and they did offer a substitute item when mine was out of stock and they are extremely cheap so you shouldn't expect the best service, probably will use again, especially since they gave me a free delivery offer on my next purchase which was nice.
Slow and poor communication!
First of all - yes your cheap! That's the only thing saving you from a one star rating!
My items took a week to be marked as dispatched and the a further week to arrive by which time the items ordered weren't needed as I'd brought elsewhere. How can they claim 4-5 delivery! When I did chase my order it took two days to get an email back by which time the parcel had finally arrived, the thing that really made me laugh was that customer services email knew that my parcel had now arrived and asked me to email them and let them know my items had arrived safely!! I will not be wasting my time attempting to contact them. Like the other reviews no apology.
Best avoided unless your in no hurry!
RUBBISH
Not happy at all. Lack of updates on status of order and when i tried to cancel i got an email back saying that they had already shipped by order on 02 January 2012 - the order had not even been placed then!! Also a little convenient, don't you think!
I have left the parcel at my Royal Mail distribution centre. i ordered the product elsewhere and i do not want the one from here anymore.
The motto of the story is: yes they are cheap but their service is USELESS. You are better off paying more with someone who will actually ship the good when they are supposed to.
takes payment when out of stock
Took payment for ecover zero laundry powder (for sensitive skin) as if it were in stock when clearly it was not. No communications to let me know this, just left waiting . The onsite tracking showed the goods had been dispatched when actually they had not, only a bottle of shampoo (which arrived 2 weeks later). I was greatly inconvenienced waiting in day after day for a parcel that had not even been sent. Eventually we ran out of laundry powder completely and I had to order it from elsewhere. Biggreensmile.com delivered the very next day after placing the order ,(free) . The on-line help was never available when I tried to use it and staff answering emails take days to respond. Although I eventually I got an explanation and a refund by lodging a complaint through a different email address, I would certainly avoid using this site again.
Don't touch with a barge pole.
First of all, they emailed me to say they didn't have the exact product and would an alternative do. I replied, I would take the alternative and heard nothing back for three days, then finally got an acknowledgement.
A week later it hadn't been dispatched, so I emailed twice to cancel - no reply. I ordered from elsewhere, then got an email to say it is on its way. I didn't accept the package when it did come, & was told it would go straight back to them. I told paypal to hold payment as a precaution.
A month later after my paypal dispute had timed out they took the money anyway and now I'm down £90.20.
Mis sold delivery service, extremely poor customer service
I ordered a kettle from them and paid extra for courier delivery service on the basis that they'd dispatch by courier and I'd receive it within 3 days. This was very important as we needed one in the new office. They dispatched the next day, which was great but used Royal Mail, which was over 4 GBP cheaper on their website and that arrived a week later. Meanwhile we had to buy another kettle and they never accepted any wrong doing, although my order stated clearly expedite delivery by Fedex or DHL. In the end they said they'd credit back the dispatch fee difference.
They'd never pick up the phone, I was on hold for over an hour one day trying to find out what happened, the only way I could communicate was by email and at times it took them even a day to respond.
Very disappointed, will never use again!
