UNRELIABLE, UNDEPENDABLE, VERY VERY SLOW TURNAROUND.........

I ordered 6 bottles "Sanderson's Throat Specific Mixture," and it took 6 weeks until I received my order!

As I had lost my voice, I needed to use this in the hope of recovering in time for my gig.

Because of the urgency, Lauren managed to send me one bottle in time, but it took 6 weeks till I received the other 5.

After a trail of e-mails and unanswered calls frustration had really set in.

When I asked for compensation they only offered to refund the postal charge.

1-4 days standard delivery time was stated when I placed the order.
That ended up to be 6 weeks!

The experience has put me off from ordering from OneClickPharmacy again.

No problems so far

I have ordered from one click twice, my first order was delayed a little as something was out of stock (there seems to be a bit of a theme developing here), but I wasn't in a rush so this was not a problem to me. My second order came in 3 days, no problems and at a competitive price (though watch out, I bought toothpaste which turned out to be on offer at half the price in Morrisons!).

wrong product sent, very poor customer service, time consuming, avoid

I've ordered a product the kids are familiar with and like. They sent a different product - from the same range but taste and composition are very different (we also know that product and don't like it). It looks as if they made a decision to substitute the product I've ordered without my consent. They could have asked whether I wanted a replacement before they sent out the substitute. I've tried to ring them - nobody picked the phone up. I've informed them by email that they made a mistake. They wanted proof before they can give me a refund. I sent a picture. They now acknowledge they made a mistake and insist I return the item before I can get a refund. No compensation for the time it takes me to rectify a mistake made by the company. No willingness to talk. Very brief emails with long response latency. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. THIS HAS COST ME A LOT OF TIME just to be back where I was before I ordered from them. Very poor customer service and no compensation for wasting customer time.

Good prices but very poor delivery

I was very disappointed with the serice provided by One Click. Items were out of stock when I ordered. I had to email and telephone to chase up several times and promises were made for delivery dates which were not kept. Order finally arrived nearly 2 weeks later than expected.

Very slow delivery and poor communication

Ordered a few items, one of which I needed within a fortnight. Nothing turned up so I contacted the company who said they had not sent out the order as one item out of stock. They only agreed to send what I needed after I said I would have to cancel because I really needed the insoles I had ordered. They did turn up the day before I needed them but then I waited weeks for the rest of the order

poor info

i order from this website and said take up to a week to be drop off i got no info from the compan until i had to mail them to tell me one of the items was out of stock still understand why the other items was not shipped as they in stock my order then took over two weeks for it to come and got no sorry it was out of stock email if i didnt contact them they would of never told me it was poor form for a web base company if something out of stock email the user to let the know

i will not be passing this website to people i know

Fast delivery, no complaints!

I bought through their eBay store, and it arrived within 36 hours. The item was cheaper than the only other place I could find it online- Amazon.
Would recommend and will use again myself.

Good prices and products but poor communication and slow delivery

I would buy from these people again but would not expect early delivery. They have a surprisingly wide product offering but the stuff I ordered arrived very late simply because one of the items must have been out of stock. If they had let me know I would'nt have been too bothered but I heard nothing. I think I got in contact in the end. I think their systems are a bit pants which is a shame because it lets them down.

NOT IMPRESSED WITH ORDER!

The first time I ordered with Oneclickpharmacy it was good but this last order not at all.

I did not receive all the items and when I tried to phone the number was out of order or disconnected.

I tried yesterday several times to make contact, hanging on in a queue for at least 10 minutes each time, without success.

I sent an email and I am still waiting for a reply.

Not impressed!!

Excellent service & products

I live in the US and OneClickPharmacy has products that are no longer available. I received my order in about 2 weeks--which is fast from the UK--and couldn't be happier with the products!

An excellent all-round service.

Had difficulty finding this product at a reasonable price until I stumbled on this site who offered a 'three-pack' at exceptional good value. I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and advisory customer service information was 1st class. I highly reccommend One Click and it has been added to my 'favourites' list.

Very slow delivery, order wrong/incomplete, utterly useless Customer Service

I would NOT recommend Oneclick pharmacy: the initial order (for Loratadine tablets - nothing fancy!) took about 10 days to arrive: when the tablets did arrive the delivery was only 1/3 of what I ordered and paid for. I them tried to contract the company many many times by phone (phone never answered), by email (no response) and by the "Live Chat" facility on their website (never anyone available and no one ever followed up). In desperation I have had their payment through my credit card blocked.
