Expedient delivery really implies next day, not 3 days later. If you cannot make expedient don't charge for it.
otherwise this company has been pretty good, and likely I will use them again, after all some of there products are hard to source anywhere these days.
Good Prices and reasonable frieght cost.
It's my first order from Oneclick. I found that this site selling good prices and when I ordered some goods they give me a reasonable frieght cost when compared with others seller from UK.

Good value but slow delivery and slow to rectify their mistake
The prices are certainly competitive, especially when the order is high enough to qualify for free delivery.
The problem is with the customer service - the initial delivery taking nearly two weeks. This would have been just about acceptible if all the items sent were correct, but one was wrong. Now I would have expected this to be rectified as a matter of urgency but this was not the case. I had to return the incorrect item and only after receiving that did they look at the complaint. It took over a further two weeks to finally receive the correct item. Part of the problem is also caused by them sending emails to say the item has been despathched but then taking over a week to be delivered!

Made an order for a product I was really struggling to buy on the high street, order arrived 3 days later, no issues. I will certainly be using oneclickpharmacy again in the future.

This company is absolutely awful. I wish I read reviews on other sites before purchasing. I ordered 2 items in first class, and so was expecting fast delivery. 16 working days later, after 14 ignored calls, and 12 ignored emails my parcel FINALLY arrived however they only sent me ONE of the items when I ordered two. Not only was this annoying but the item was slightly damaged. Not unusable but highly frustrating considering my terrible experience with them anyway. I have emailed and called and finally received responses which are all unhelpful. I can't be bothered waiting for the second item to arrive so have asked for a refund however I still have not been refunded for the second item.
You're a dreadful company and your excuses are terrible. ' We do not ignore our customers, we have to answer to thousands of emails a day.' Well why do you say you have a 'guaranteed within 12 hour response'? This is misleading AND if it is so hard to respond to so many people - EMPLOY MORE STAFF. You've robbed enough of our money I'm sure you can afford it!
After having a conversation with my Dad we've decided to take it to county court as they are a terrible company and have heard so many other bad things from other people. I have plenty of evidence against them so hopefully we can bring this god awful company down.
Overall I feel I have been scammed. They have very good deals, yes. But I felt like they take your money and then avoid complaints or problems as much as they can so that the customer gives up contacting and just accepts they've had a bad deal. Well sorry OneClickPharmacy, but I'm not giving up!

Incorrect Descriptions, terrible Customer Service, Avoid at all costs....
Purchased 3x Herb items pictured and described as 65g...
A week later the items arrived, and they looked completely different from what was pictured, and more importantly the items were 50g and not 65g as described.
Contacted Oneclickpharmacy via email (the only way possible), waited 5 days for a reply, and they just said send it back, no apology, no explanation, no interest whatsoever.
I will completely avoid this company, and thought its best to warn others and save you the hassle.

Awful Company, Stay Away!
Awful delivery, waited ages then when I tried to cancel the order they ignored my emails. Finally I complained to Ebay and received a reply from oneclickpharmacy who totally ignored my request and claimed to send out a replacement order (which I now didn't need as I had ordered from elsewhere by this time). I responded to their email and got a very argumentative reply, awful customer service. When my order finally arrived one of the bottles didn't have a cap and had been leaking. Only wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company, don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere.
SHOCKING Company, Crap customer service and Delivery times!
Well what can I say about this company apart from they are Shocking!
I ordered 3 items 3 and a half weeks ago nothing after a week so I emailed them took them 5 days to get back to my email and was told it had been picked so no chance of can cancelling it, I wait ANOTHER 2 weeks and it has turned up today with one item missing! I have been on the phone holding for nearly 1 hour while I am writing this which is disgraceful, how many operators do they have 1 or is it everyone is complaining about them.
Avoid at all costs never have I come across such a bad company I will never use again and will be telling everyone I know the same!

I ordered some products for my birds but they have not arrived after 2 weeks. I have been trying to use the live chat, the telephone number and sending messages. I have had no reply from any of these systems. I am about to make a complaint to Paypal. I wish I had checked this site first, I don't know how this company is staying in business.

The delivery time was more than expected by a few days. I would say the expectation on a order is about 5 days this took a little longer but the order was fine. I would order again no hesitation.

The best way to buy products only available in the UK from Germany. The delivery took two days longer than advertised, but the support was prompt and helpfull. The prices are OK.
Slow and unreliable
I ordered hay and cat litter from Oneclick. My parcel took longer than expected to arrive. All but one bags of litter were cancelled and refunded prior to delivery, and when the parcel arrived a further bag was missing. The litter appeared to be in stock on the website, and I'm not sure whether there are supply/stock difficulties, or just a mistake with my order. I contacted Oneclick to request either a refund or the missing item with no success, and eventually had a refund through PayPal.
Overall, a disappointing experience. Products are a good price but, due to the difficulties fulfilling my order and obtaining a refund, I won't be buying from Oneclick again.

All in all I am satisfied, but I have tried much faster international shipping from a competitor company with the same product. Half a pound cheeper here so I took the chance. Would use again if my object is on sale, or if I am not in a hurry - it did arrive. Reading the comments here, I should count myself lucky it didn't take even longer, when mine was international (denmark).
